If he didn't have a chip on his shoulder the size of Nevada itself, he'd just tell them he has a disability, brush up a bit and don't lay out the cash wad until they start blowing you. It's really not that fucking hard.

He admitted to soliciting illegal prostitutes in one of the lawsuits he tried to intervene in. IIRC he claimed his disability is why he was forced to go the illegal route and if only there were more legal brothels.

He really should move to Europe. One of the countries over there said that disability means that access to hookers is a human right and I think is paid for by tax dollars. He owed $7,000 by the time the property manager sued him for eviction. Even if some of that is late fees + surcharges the principal would still probably be in the mid to low four figures.
