That's not the issue but it's close: at this point, we don't even have any reason to believe the state even has a picture, only that they: know Aaron sent a picture at a specific time (through the phone records April accessed, and likely after getting official records from the phone company), and only Aaron and Geno have seen what it is. I don't even remember if Keanu has even seen the picture, but even if she has, I'm fairly certain she wasn't sent the picture. If Stearns insists they need Geno to travel to Minnesota from New York for his testimony, I'd be inclined to believe it's because they don't have the picture, and they don't have anything unless Geno testifies.

Aaron claims to not remember what picture it was, and Geno doesn't want to testify to say what picture it is. Aaron could've sent Geno anything, including a picture with text that says, "Just play along with what I'm about to say, and pretend I sent you a picture of a hot woman you find impressive." Do you believe someone who's as much as a twerp as Aaron would be willing to lie about having a hot lady to brag to his dipshit friends, but doesn't actually have a hot lady? I would.

If Geno isn't willing to testify, what exactly does the state have? A bunch of mongoloid witnesses against Aaron who have credibilty issues with axes to grind? And if Geno does testify, he might just decide that he can't remember what he saw. After all, it's been almost a year since the incident even took place. I wouldn't blame him if he can't remember precisely what he saw, and if he can't remember precisely what he saw, I wouldn't blame him for deciding he shouldn't say for certain what he was sent, because he doesn't remember, and that's not fucking illegal.

But Nick mentioned Geno and Keanu could be open for liability...which leads to this question: What does Aaron being charged criminally for revenge pornography, and Geno and Keanu potentially being served civilly have in common? Someone pissing off Nick because they don't do what he wants (or implies he wants, because he's a fucking cunt who likes to play faggot lawyer word games "because of the implication"), and he decides to retaliate against them through the legal system. That's starting to look like a pattern.

Even if Geno did get sent a picture and it was a nude, how did Aaron get it? How do we know it wasn't one of the many lewd, semi-nude and outright nude pictures sent to a large group on Locals? How does the jury know that? Does anyone have a full archive of those? Probably not.

@Legato you should consider that the Sterns County prosecutor is just kind of a dip shit who takes stuff too seriously and acts unreasonably. It is both an elected office and litigation on easy mode (you have no actual clients, costs are paid for you, and you are largely insulated for professional responsibility concerns unless you do something totally insane), this combination somewhat frequently leads to small jurisdictions trying to flex their nuts.

Between this case and the Ralph one they kind of seem that way to me.

Court case had no update since Feb 28th, which was the Rekieta subpoenas.

I can't be arsed to watch his retarded show hoping for him to spill something.

Aaron got charged with that crime. Like I said. I never said he was convicted yet.

IIRC there were three separate things: first he announced two bits of great news together, one of which he could talk about a little, which was about the final SafeSport interview where he supposedly got good feedback and a rough ETA for when he'd be licensed, and the second of which he couldn't talk about at all, which might have been case-related solely because he was so tight-lipped about it, but something about his giddy tone made it sound more like his it was about his "radio guy" making progress like he's kept hinting at that whole week and since.

Then thirdly, way later in the same show or the very next show, he looked at his phone and blabbed about some sort of great news he just got from Keanu specifically. That one at first seemed like it might be case-related just because it was coming from her, like maybe a prosecutor told Geanu nevermind about testifying after all because of something that changed, but in hindsight it could have just as easily been her telling Aaron that a New York Post reporter got done interviewing her and was probably going to run with her story that ultimately was published over the weekend. In their world that could qualify as great news insofar as the 15 minutes of fame might boost her live viewer count from a couple dozen to maybe three dozen. Great news!

That was about it, just more annoying content-free teasing BS not worth clipping or even timestamping.

In todays morning show Aaron confirmed that his "incredibly good news" was about legal/government things and that it was unexpected.

Still vague as fuck and everyone can interpret that as they wish.

Until its black and white on paper in a filing in MCRO I will remain doubtful.
Eventually someone will clip that statement, I am too lazy to waste my time with his vague faggotry.

Two recent Toe clips:
9 minutes long and Stallyn19 did yeoman's work to cut it down this short. Aaron's news is just so good, and he could talk about it, but he almost didn't do a show because it's such good news. Specifically, the last two hours before last night's Evening Show were just ecstatic. (Maybe SP and Aaron are tying the knot? But for some reason the happiness can't cross with the show? ) It was from an email and phone conversation with news that he had been dying to get for months. "Holy shit!" He doesn't want to fuck anything up or ruin it. He can't fumble it on the 1 yard line- amazing for his life, an amazing victory against people who put on a full court press, and they failed. It's vindicating. "All that for a drop of blood." Can't wait to see how they spin it.

Aaron later talks about Cumia and how someone in the biz texted him about it- so I don't think it's the radio. It's gotta be his RP court case.

Aaron brings up about the balldo house, and how it sucked there. Apparently Aaron was the only person talked to the kids when he'd bring Megamind and the family to balldo bunker. The Imholte kids 100% didn't want to be around the balldos. To Aaron, that solidified not wanting to go to Spicer. Aaron credits his kids for saving him from a life of drugs and balldos.
