Worst offender I saw was one pulling out directly in front of my car in the middle of the road on an electric scooter. When there was a sidewalk right there he could have used, or just waited until I passed since I was the only car there anyway. Had to slam on the brakes because of that retard, now I drive like 5 mph in the neighborhood all because pajeet couldn't look up for 5 seconds from his streetshitting to watch for cars.
