Discogs has been known as an amazing tool for vinyl collectors however it has gone under some controversy for several massive flaws from the ever increasing prices of international shipping of vinyls to buyers having a hard time determining if the seller is a scam artist. For me, it was a site I used to like until I got a reality check from it's toxic community. Many people have become upset with Discogs changes and updates and many of those who used Discogs to buy Vinyl's have mentioned how doing these actions are now to expensive for them. Anyone can edit the database like Wikipedia, however, like Wikipedia, it dictates the narrative of a certain person or release.

I did see on his mom and sister's LinkedIn profiles they both supported or worked for autism related organizations at some point. A lot of LGBTQ support too. So I imagine baby Alex gets his way most of the time, except when adopted daddy Hogendorp gets fed up with Alex's shit.

Edit: Looks like we might be getting a better understanding for the reason behind Alex’s long standing grudge against Discogs. Turns out, it’s probably another case of him sperging out, getting banned from a site, and then throwing a fit about it.

Alex was put on CIP (Contributor Improvement Program), likely for making inaccurate or incorrect edits to his profile. Instead of fixing his submissions like a normal human being, he demanded that his artist page be "remodeled" because he didn’t like how it looked. When other users pointed out that he had no control over how it was displayed and that ban evasion wasn't going to help his case, he apparently deleted his own posts in frustration.


It’s the same pattern we’ve seen with Wikipedia and Kiwi Farms, Alex spergs out, people don't want to deal with him, then complains endlessly about how unfairly he was treated.

I don't have extensive knowledge about Alex, I only look at this thread sometimes. But why does Alex keeps sperging about the farms? This thread is in prospering grounds, so only people who have Kiwi accounts can see it. It's not like Kiwi is autistic illuminati that decided to ruin Alex's life, it's more like Kiwi is just another house on the internet neighborhood where he became a laughing stock. So he consciously goes to that house, not the other way around. (apparently he eventually becomes a laughing stock in everywhere but that's another story.)
