There are so many troons in the radio amateur crowd these days. A rally I did in Dorset last summer had them at least 50% of the visitors, one hunched over elderly gent looked like E.T. in drag.

The only person working there was a pooner who looked exactly like Elliot Page (and even had the same first name, I shit you not). Saw a pooner at a coffee shop (because of course)

Wtf is with pooners and coffee shops? The one I often go to has one as well working there, its like every locally owned cafe automatically spawns a resident pooner at its creation.

She literally just looks like a short girl with a pixie cut. Also has a very shrieky high pitched voice, another trend I've noticed; it always feels like the tiniest high-voiced women that would take even more effort to pass than the average female tend to be the ones to troon out. She specifically also has that homestar runner speech impediment where everything becomes a "w" which makes her voice very... distinct. I can hear her a mile away.

Said pooner also went to my university, I remember sitting around at the gaming area with some buddies and hearing her talking to a group of guys playing fighting games on the other side of the room... and immediately ask them what their pronouns are. Just like any true and honest man who's one of the bros would do, of course. One of them said "he/him" to humor her but the others openly laughed.

I still keep seeing non-chronically ill people wearing masks all the time at my school and the people that still do this all look the part of being the alphabet soup gay variety. I honestly view it as them demonstrating how insecure they actually are about their looks, instead of trying to actually look nice or accepting that we have to work with our own limitations and not everyone is a walking tiktok filter, they try to hide it from others in embarrassment. A lot of trannies would be able to have conventionally appealing traits if they tried to be comfortable with who they are instead of being coerced to cutting off or trying to hide every part of their body.

I see trannies every once in a while, and knew one or two but they're pretty much just run of the mill retards so nothing too interesting. One person I just remembered today is actually the most unique troon I've met, and the only one who I have some hope for actually snapping out of it.

It's a pooner who's surprisingly based, that I met through a friend a few times. Doesn't sperg about pronouns or being trans, pretty normal and sane person who doesn't have the social failings a lot of pooners do, and even voted for Trump apparently. Honestly the only reason I suspected she was a pooner was because she had testosterone frog voice, otherwise I would have just assumed she was a butch woman. Ended up looking on her social media out of curiosity because of it and saw one or two mentions of being FTM.

I just am so confused why this girl who otherwise seems extremely rational compared to even the average liberal women our age, much less other pooners would decide to troon out of all things. Normally can't get along with them no matter how hard I try; her I could easily see myself being good friends with in another timeline. I would guess she was one of the few people who genuinely have "dysphoria", as in the mental disorder and didn't only just fall for the social contagion. But its even unclear there since she cosplays females. Very unique individual.

I still think that hormones aren't the answer to real feelings of gender confusion, purely because they do nothing to cure the mental illness. These types are the only troons I actually do feel a bit of pity for. The ones who didn't jump on the bandwagon for attention, a fetish, or free victim card. They really do have some problem causing them to feel disconnected from their sex and got duped into thinking going trans was the cure. Of course she already seems to have started testosterone, but I do have some optimistic hope that she's not the type to end up going for an arm sausage and maybe even will snap out of it.

So Google photos sent me a memory from about a decade and some change ago - it was mostly sweet photos right before and right after the birth of my first. One of the photos was the first ever troon sighting. So there I was, first week of maternity leave, my mother taking me to my favorite cafe, and there was some Robert Plant looking fucker wearing lady's pants, makeup, a little purse, and dancing in the street. So we have a new batch of people coming in and working for my organization. I remember hearing one of their voices on some zoom call that the higher ups were having a month ago. Listening in I could tell that they sounded really faggy. Whatever, I keep it in the back of my head just to I know what to expect. So last Monday comes and I walk into work and sit down in the meeting room and this stubbled 5'3" 26 year old giga-hon coming in at 375 pounds wearing a worn out pink ribbed shirt, no bra (you could see his nipples through the shirt attached to his ungulating man-boobs), black sweatpants that are too short exposing his leg hair, and crocs enters the room. He is the one with the faggy voice, which I'm now realizing is his shitty fem voice. This man is textbook autistic TiM that cant hold a conversation making every single interaction excruciating. The kicker is that he's going to be working with children as an educator for the next 6 months. I will have him with me shadowing in elementary and intermediate schools. It has me absolutely appalled. I cannot say anything about it because my work is all about *inclusivity*. I've heard about how kids are with trannies and I don't want to get into hot water for not correcting them when they call him a he, but I also don't want to add to the madness.

I'm currently in the process of doing some research on him. I've been able to find his dead name in my local paper's legals, but he's got some level of opsec since nothing is tied to his old or new name. He def has some online presence since his laptop is coated with chibi stickers and that one Nintendo game okami. Does anybody have tips on finding that sort of stuff? If he's just some tranny weirdo that's one thing and I'll have to deal with it, but if any red flags arise I am going to make a case for his termination to my higher ups.

I don't know what state you are in but I'd assume most require fingerprinting. If he hasn't been caught doing anything before, he'll get by. If your organization doesn't require fingerprinting...holy shit why not?
When interacting with him he may be retarded enough to tell you something that'll allow you to look up other aliases. I don't know why but people tell me weird things about themselves. I have very little internet skills but I've been able to find people's deviantart account before, for example.
Unless you find anything incriminating there that would result in dismissal, put pressure on him with regards to the work being done and not on him just plain being a creep. I'd suggest keeping a diary on whatever he's doing. Do not leave him alone with children ever, of course.
Keep it professional. Be kind. Document.
