If Juju decides to keep harassing him, Eric is well in his rights to sue him. However, everything Juju has tried either did not affect him or made things worse for Juju. Eric did not get damaged in any serious way to demand money.

What does Eric stand to gain? It would get dragged through the courts for years and even though he clearly has a case it could still go Dax's way in the end because the courts are retarded. Pulling the pin then walking away and never acknowledging Dax again is the best move.

It's kind of a shame he left out one of the most damning thing about Dick, helping to groom Mintsalad. Easily the worst thing Dick has been apart of. he's still like this, is unlikely to get any better (is extremely likely to get worse as the desperation sets in) and has a daughter on the way.
