How could the Secretary of Health and Human Services get the attention of these burger obsessed fat fucks in order to help them become less fat?

Maybe he could go to their burger place and talk to them about what improvements could be made. Assuage their fears of food options being forcibly taken away. Talk about how healthier options doesn't automatically mean worse tasting or more expensive.

Maybe he could work with the food industry to find a path to healthier food, while not harming the industry's profits. He could use his reputation to secure changes from the industry. If his face is associated with their businesses then if the changes go poorly he takes reputational damage.

I have a coworker who eats gas station breakfast pizza plus donuts or other such breakfast desert, then for lunch he gets some alternating fast food place (lately it's been fried chicken), and for dinner? I hope and I pray it's not always fast food, but there's a 90% chance it's fast food. He lives off the stuff.
