I understand the reasons some people want Yaba and Sam to get their own thread, but the reality is that most of their shit involves other creators.

Eggs has done a wonderful job of documenting their pasts, but present day, there isn't much they do that isn't involving the other reactors. Almost everything involves their alliances (Bodega and Gorlic Bread) or their enemies (most everyone else who is documented here).

After the initial posts filling in their past, we would be doomed to cross post almost every single post with this thread or another because the only time these bitches are relevant is when they're using someone else's names (Chantal, GG, Belinda, FFG, etc).

I've been curious about this, too. I've been building a Yaba/Samantha timeline, so here are some things from Samantha's various attempts at divorce:

Spoiler: Divorce, thy name is woman

2012

In January, following their return from Texas to Indiana, Samantha and Harold are arrested on check fraud/check deception charges (from 2008 ).

The return to Indiana would seem to mark the point at which Harold and Samantha are formally estranged.

That summer, Samantha attempts to file for divorce twice, though neither goes through (dismissed the following February and April respectively).

2020

In May, Samantha moves from Indiana to Kentucky and begins courting Yaba. After a brief stay with then-friend Arabia, Samantha moves to an apartment in Scottsburg, IN, to be closer to Yaba.

(This is the "love nest" Yaba later visits, which leads to a rumor that Samantha's daughter was secreted in the closet, so Yaba and Samantha could smash.)

After a month+ of phone conversations, the two meet in person for the first time in late June.

By then, the relationship with Arabia has soured, and in August, Arabaia begins airing out Samantha's dirty laundry on Mandi/Mrs. ATX's channel.

Along with Arabia and Mandi, Samantha's also dealing with a long-running feud with Pirate Kalypso, which ultimately lands them in court (after Smanatha's willing to accept the paperwork.)

(There's a rumor that while Samantha was dodging court summons, she may have been using Yaba's address, though she did not yet live with Yaba.)

In October, Samantha's landlord files to evict her and her son from his property (i.e., Bob's house, in South Bend, IN). Samantha is a no-show at the hearing.

The following day, Samantha files for divorce in Scottsburg (i.e., the city where she moved). The suit is dismissed due to lack of proper signatures.

In her Shame on You stream, I believe Samantha said one issue was she would have to file for divorce in South Bend (i.e., where she had actual residency, since she was still using Bob's house for an address... sometimes.)

A week later, Samantha takes another swing at divorce, this time listing her address in South Bend. The suit is dismissed, bc Samantha did not e-sign the document.

Side note: That same day, Yaba complains about the Farms mocking her Support Group wrist bands.

As the year comes to a close, Yaba and Samantha grossly overshare their love on Twitter. Funnily enough, when Samantha enters the picture, the Ron feud kicks up again, and as the year ends, Samantha unmasks Ron's mother, and Yaba issues a pubclic apology.

2023

In June, Samantha files for divorce again; this time, represented by Lisa Manning (who is also representing Samantha's daughter in her "pepper spray" appeal).

On August 10, Yaba and Samantha break up, then get back together on Twitter. The next morning, the court rejects the pepper spray appeal.

A poster in this thread makes claims about Samantha having been married to a pedophile (this is at the same time as Kya and her pimp/husband are outed).

On August 13, Samantha goes live to explain that she "used the wrong word" and her husband was/is a predator.

Agreed. I do like the idea of having Yaba/Samantha resources in a more easily accessible place. I chuckled when FFG directed people to this thread. I love this thread, but it has a steep learning curve (not that I object -- keeps the riffraff out!).
