A fun little game you can play is going down the chip aisle and trying to find a brand without soy added. (You won’t) do the same thing with seed oils in the bread aisle.
Let me touch on that too. I'm usually tired during and after work, I don't have the energy to prepare meals and clean up after myself. I'm aware of quick microwavable meals but, again, lack of energy and bland food. Typically, I'd order out or walk downtown for a bite to eat so that defeats the purpose of waiting and such, so I guess it's fatigue and laziness. I'm not afraid to admit it.
Nobody has a 6 months of food supplies stockpiled because your average family has more important things to spend their money on than 20 crates of canned potatoes for some imaginary emergency, especially in current economy.
