Imagine if you had a sandwich shop, and you obviously want to sell sandwiches correct? So what do you do, you make a giant sign that says Phil's Sandwiches, you have a lot of posters that say here's all the sandwiches we have and how much they are. People who say "he begs for money too much during a stream" are telling you that if you want to set up a sandwich shop, you shouldn't have a sign, you shouldn't have flyers, you shouldn't have posters, you should just stay in the back making sandwiches. Do you think you're actually gonna sell sandwiches that way? Obviously not correct? The sign and the posters are marketing your sandwiches, that's why he has to always ask for support, get it?

Made the mistake of giving Phil the benefit of the doubt yesterday actually thinking that something was going on that made him skip the podcast and not utter a single word of begging. Only for my intuition to prove correct that this was just a weak scheme to basically say "See guise I got no money when I didn't beg, so I will beg until I die and you will like it". Can't say I'm surprised but it's enough to make me a little mad at the Internet.

Btw someone on tweeter posted a clip and there was maybe more than one moment when he was about to start hardcore begging but sort of stopped himself at the last second. So it definitely wasn't just him being hungover and it wasn't him doing an experiment - it was him being told by Triple P to try a single stream without begging.

On one hand, defending your wife is pretty much always the correct thing to do.
On the other hand, if the man calling your wife fat is like 400lbs then I'd personally find it pretty difficult to actually get upset by it.

How many examples of lolcows suddenly getting self-aware are there? The only one I can think of is Andrew Dobson of all fucking people. Unlike other inactive lolcows who became inactive due to incarceration, debilitating illness or death, Dobson had that moment of self-realization of "people on the internet fucking hate me" and either deleted or completely abandoned all his online accounts.

I think Ashton wants to create a sort of extended Casino sphere with other streaming personalities. He wanted to bring on Phil as a joke but also as a part of the KC crew like they did with Steve Cambian. Ashton and Andy have been seemingly struggling to stream as often as the fans want and this could be the reason why he wants to bring in others.

I think Ashton is getting frustrated with Phil because Phil doesn't understand this isn't Inside the Actors Studio with James Lipton. Nobody is interested in getting to know the real him and listen to him talk about himself. The deal with collabs is both sides get a bump. Phil brings in viewers for the Casino, and the Casino sends over some paypigs to Phil. Phil hasn't been keeping up his end of the bargain. He has the personality of a gout-ridden toe when he's on KC; he sits there awkwardly the whole time. When they played Blops Zombies he barely spoke to Andy or Ashton and ran away from them in-game like he was playing singleplayer. Ashton wants to prod him to move away from the gaming which has gotten increasingly stale since he got sensitive about TIHYDPs and branch out into general content creation, which means breaking bad habits and trying new things. Instead Phil has been worse than ever with the boring nontent gameplay and the constant Gypsyesque scamming and begging, still playing walking sims and Yakuza games as chat begs him for literally anything else.

Ashton might be reaching his limit and deciding it's better to cut his losses so no more paypig resources are wasted on Phil. It's sort of mental on Phil's part because Ashton is giving him a real opportunity and Phil has said he wants to move away from gaming content and try something else but Phil has been playing A Game About Digging A Hole irl his entire life and he's really good at it and he's not about to stop just because someone dropped down a rope ladder.

Except its not Inside the Actors Studio, it is Inside the Autism Studio. I wouldn't say the gaming has gotten "increasingly stale" it has almost always been stale since I started watching DSP. TIHYDPs used to be a thing but DSP is so boring and everything has a shelf life.

And you're right that no one wants to get to know DSP - he has relied on people asking him stupid shit like "what are you having for dinner tonight?" and probably made $50k just from that question alone over the years. DSP needs to figure out how to branch out and make some excitement beyond his normal ebeggin' routine.

PPP is telling DSP the hard truth, that his entire "business" is totally unsustainable long term and trying to get him a way to at least find a path out of what he currently does. In a way he is ripping off the bandaid because DSP's chat is filled with people that just lie to him all day long telling him he is great.

I haven't really watched any of DSP + PPPs stuff but from what I gather DSP is exceedingly lucky that PPP is autistic for wrestling and carries on doing their Smark Guys shit. DSP should be taking advantage of the opportunity.

How exactly he can reclaim khet's honor I'm not so sure, but maybe he should call PPP fat or something on screen.

SammyClassicSonicFan had the ultimate redemption arc — completely left Lolcowdom and got a job and girlfriend. People were ready to make him CWC 2.0 and he turned it around completely

Just me, but it really seems like they stepped up their... ... quality of life? They put more effort into making it idiot proof; labeled bags, multi-manuals, and more detail in them. I remember they'd just show a few pieces, and how they should look; the manual I see on stream has numbered steps and all other sorts of stuff. Maybe my memory is off, but it just looks like they stepped up their processes to make them even more age / mental acquity friendly.

That is also to account for brain rot.
