That address is the old Rocklin Coin Shop address. I could find no physical or virtual storefront and no reviews or any evidence that this is an actual real business. There's nothing in Nevada City where he said he was moving to and no on-line presence as they were allegedly shifting away. The Rocklin Coin Shop has been delisted from Google. I wonder what they are doing for money.
