New Vegas is woke. Woke = progressive themes. Even if you liked it you can't deny that there is progressive themes featured in it. Something doesn't have to have a black drag queen screaming about white pipo to be woke. Most major western video games released during the 2000s were woke but had more subtle messaging.

Yeah I skipped the entire bathhouse part in every playthrough, I had the FF7 strategy guide so I knew about it beforehand. Because it was weird and gross even for teenage edgelord me at the time.
