What's funny about the "Hasan is a drama slop streamer because he brings up my personal life and I talk about his politics" criticism is that you could apply that exact same logic with Destiny/Ethan's relationship with Bad Empanada and it would be just as valid.

Almost all of Bad Empanada's content (whether you agree with it or not) is focused primarily on the points at hand and the "politics" of the people he's covering. Despite this, Destiny when talking about Empanada, only brings up his personal drama (which amounts to potentially in the past having had doxed people - something Destiny has a habit recently of doing).

There's also the obvious point that Destiny does bring up drama involving Hasan/others when it's convenient, or at least blurs the line of what is "Political" or not (Hasan's house, H3H3 vs Hasan, Finkelstein's court documents, etc)

Not true. This is confirmation evidence of him recording those that do not consent.

Don't know anything about law, but unless Destiny somehow has an ace up his sleeve, don't see how this narrative doesn't immediately collapse in discovery.
Destiny was sharing those videos and audios like candy, even if you take Destiny's and his lawyers deranged characterization of Pxie, if you present all the evidence to the average person they will all come up with the correct assumption that Destiny is a sex addicted freak, with no impulse control, who was spreading sexual content of multiple parties without their consent like they were candies.

I'm sure that Destiny has already contacted Rose and she will completely back Destiny's characterization that Solo was a hacker, who wasn't her boyfriend, that they weren't Groypers/Nick Fuentes fans, that she wasn't underaged at the time of the sexting, and that Solo had no connection to her whatsoever!
