Again there is zero chance Trump and Co didn't know this would happen. How often has Trump said the Dems weaponized the DoJ? Trump isn't and shouldn't try to win them over, they are lost to their madness and cannot be saved. These are the people who cheer when they read some Dem Judge orders 5,000 criminal gang members released back into the US . They laugh and stomp their fat feet when a Dem Judge issues a unfounded TRO that slows a Trump EO even though that's another step towards a final show down at the SCOTUS.

But you know what the average American thinks when he reads that headline? Trust me he's not happy to hear that gang-members are being brought back to the US. He's not happy knowing thousands of illegals are back on the streets of his city sucking up his tax dollars because some Dem judge has terminal TDS. He's not happy seeing some judge try to order around the PotUS because of some bleeding heart proggie who believes "no human is illegal, even the one stabbing me in the face right now". Remember the exit polls, this shit the Democrats are pulling is not the will of anyone but the crazy Left-tards who are now the core of the Democratic Party.

These are the people Trump wants to convert and the Progressive fools are doing most of the work for him by fighting for shit like that and crowing everytime it happens.

Go watch the Rasmussen video they put out today. The Democrat party is polling terribly. The average Democrat voter has higher approval numbers for Trump then their own party and it's because of shit like this. The Progressive wing has so taken hold of the DNC that they will burn down the house rather then give it up and try to change to what the voters want because they would rather be dead, and take everyone with them, then give up power.

The best line from that Rasmussen poll was "the average Democrat voter hates the Democrat Party".

No, not quite, OP's idea is based on the premise that gay megacompanies hire illegal labor because it's cheap. The idea being that the pay floor would be raised such that there's no longer an advantage to hiring illegal labor. Why take the risk hiring illegals that could be ICE'd on any given day that absolutely cannot be discovered through the likes of OSHA claims and such, especially when that all results in the company losing its labor force on top of potentially being smacked with fines? It becomes more trouble than it's worth.

The problem with OP's idea is that a lot of that pay is probably under the table, chalked up as rounding errors on the books so the IRS doesn't come knocking or something other. In any case, if that pay isn't being documented to begin with then mandating it be raised doesn't do anything since it wouldn't be reported to begin with. I could be wrong, but I'm under the assumption that a lot of illegal labor is paid under the table.

I worry that the point of these judges going rogue is to make Trump ignore them. It's what they want. This will provide fuel to the dems talking points about him being a dictator and rally their supporters to become even more unhinged. But I dont know what other solution exists either.

Illegal labor is cheap BECAUSE it's under the table and therefore not subject to anything enforcing a pay floor, and it's under the table because it's illegal to have it on the books, that's the point
