I wonder how the news machine will paint this as the evil vile acts of a tyrant that isnt letting these poor obviously innocent individuals that were legally forgiven by the last democratically elected fully mentally functional president on his literal last day go on their merry way.

That's exactly my point. How the hell is that going to play out?
Presumably any attempt at a case will be thrown out by a judge and retarded attempts to drag these people in front of a committee will have valid 5a claims because Trump decided to be a retard and claim their pardons were rescinded.

They got pretty substantial blanket pardons. You would be pretty hard pressed to find a reason to plead the 5th outside of actively commiting crimes currently.
Meh, just plead the 5th either way. They can’t prove you’re doing it for something you’re pardoned for or not, or just do a ’can’t recall’. This isn’t Law & Order, they can’t compel anyone to tell the truth. Hell there are murderers caught dead to rights that refuse to admit their guilt, why would these people?

Trump, please… I can’t keep eating all these white pills.

This is personally bizarre for me because quite literally yesterday. I don’t know why, but my mind went to thinking about Biden pardoning essentially his entire family and I remember thinking how fucked that was and how no one seems to care.

Fucking O7’s to Trump if he does something with this.

As much as you want to pretend Biden had no idea about the pardons just because some O’Keefe retard said so, Biden said multiple times (including during his last interview as president) that he was considering pardons for Liz Cheney, Fauci, and Mark Milley.

The only pardons that really came out of the blue were of his other family members (nobody remembers Biden pardoned his brother while the inauguration was literally happening).

Nothing will come out of this.

That's what I'm thinking about, as well. How is this going to even play out? They must have something that's so incriminating that they're allowed to reverse a presidential pardon.
There's nothing to reverse a presidential pardon. As written, Article II is exceedingly clear, that the pardon authority is unassailable and absolute. The only thing that would make it stick is a smoking gun proving, without a doubt, that the pardons never actually took place. We would need the Nixon Watergate tapes 2.0 for that, which is possible, but almost certainly this won't hold water.

Honestly, there's a smoking gun in the autopen thing. If some staffer could simply press the button while the President is indisposed of then it brings to question a lot of things. Say if Musk pressed the auto pin button while Trump is doing watersports on Russian Hookers, they might want to ask questions. So we're asking did Biden pardon them or did some faggot intern pardoned them.

If Trump can provide legitimate evidence that Biden had no knowledge of approval of the pardons signed in his name, would this still hold up? I don't know if it is an issue the courts have ever come close to dealing with.
This doesn't exist so we don't need to think about it.

Because if it existed, we would already know about it. Trump would be sperging out about it and posting videos of it.

It'll be really funny if we get a huffy clarification from the courts that the president does not have the power to reverse a pardon of a previous president...only to have Trump pardon himself later to prevent any of the federal stuff he was charged with from ever coming back again, but now with an extra layer of protection.

I'm not convinced this is 4D chess but that outcome would be really really funny.

Trump could already self pardon this isn't 4d chess its just retarded flailing by an old senile man.

A familiar picture in the US.
