Seemed to fit in with her fellow knuckle draggers, was always nice when she had to interact with us, but you could tell there wasn't a soul that considered that an option for a hole, even out in the desert.

Getting caught having sex in CENTCOM was usually a massive deal and brought down shit on entire units for getting caught. Hope whoever this Specialist was had his shower shoes and pillow tossed in the porta shitter and all his mail raided to steal any decent snacks out of it for the rest of the deployment, because Jackie is not worth fucking over everyone else's already shitty day.

I wonder how much longer it'll be before Jackie turns into ACKie. She's poor, fat, has no credibility, is roundly mocked by everyone who knows of her, repeatedly faildoxes people or doxes the wrong people, has never actually contributed anything meaningful to law enforcement and has actually wasted a lot of LE time, has failed at everything she's ever set out to do, and worst of all: every morning she awakens to see an Indian in the mirror staring back at her. SPC is Specialist. They are the same paygrade as a Corporal but a Corporal has command authority a Specialist (in an ideal world) does not. It a rank to denote special knowledge and ability.
Edit: I should add - at the time this was going down, the Army was trying to - for reasons only apparent to officers - extinct corporals. So you can see here SPC E-4s are doing squad leader duties that in a sane army would go to CPL E-4 allowing the SPC to focus on their specialist skills instead of dealing with being in charge of retarded teenagers. This policy has been reversed since.

CW2 is Chief Warrant Officer 2; no one knows what a Warrant Officer does except get saluted by enlisted and they work hard to keep it that way, but the rumors are they run technical systems. A normal officer can be assigned to any posting or command, a warrant officer has specialized knowledge and training and is put in charge of sections that any idiot out of OCS can't be trusted to run.

She was given corrective training and she was to show up at the machine shop at 0540 in PT uniform presumable to get the shit smoked out of her by the guy in charge until breakfast, instead she was up all night smoking pole.
Corrective training could be given for any number of reasons: not hitting PT numbers, fuckups in uniform, or previous cases of being the platoon whore. It was not serious enough to warrant official charges/paperwork

Given the amount of IT at the tactical edge these days, yeah the CWs are generally in charge of the crew that keeps all that crap running.

The thing I was told by a MSGT was "officers in charge of troops, Warrants are in charge of systems".

Jackie was a Abrams turret mechanic so the CW2 in question was likely incharge of all processes of the tank shop. But case in point.
I also know the DFACs were run by Warrant Officers as that's where I saw the most of their weird ranks.

Oh they are also the guys who fly helicopters.

These photos are when she was a contractor with a PMC as a mechanic. Yes, I know she claims she was a cyber security/threat analyst but there is no way she went from getting kicked out of the army as a mechanic, flunking out of the first semester of film school due to lack of payment, to them then crossing over to cyber security as a contractor.

She was a fucking mechanic in a depo. No different than countless other losers that can't balance a checkbook and/make it through college and are stuck jumping at the first paycheck.

The bar to be a contractor in Iraq/Afghanistan was absurdly low.

As others have said, while CWs are typically technical experts, they don't necessarily have to be high tech. They act as a go between, typically very experience enlisted, but still lower than the lowest officer.

I've never quite understood why anyone would want to go that route and not just become an officer.

I suspect that this was just one step in an escalation in Jackie's defiance and behavior. The resultant article 15 that bounced her to E1 (notice how in her corrective instruction form, her rank is E2 so this is before that) will show a justification but that is never the entire reason.

It's the petty, little defiant shit she is pulling. She is already in trouble, but she refuses to wear the proper socks in PT gear. The missing from her sleeping quarters when it's clear she already has restrictions placed on her.

In some commands, her simply not being in her sleeping quarters in the morning would be grounds for an AWOL charge.

You got to do either one massively bad thing or a lot of little things to get bounced from the military.

She must have been a pain in the ass to deal with. I bet you she collected these counseling reports like shit stains on her skivvies.
