Disagreeing with you doesn’t mean I’m a leftist cuck or whatever. In a fair world, I’d love to see those people Biden pardoned trialed and prosecuted. It would be justice. However, the power of the pardon is literally woven in the Constitution.
Those who think the autopen is a smoking gun are retarded. As others have mentioned, SCOTUS is first willing to accept that a random aide can sign the pardon as long as they’re part of the administration than to void many pardons on what is already shaky grounds.
Accepting a preemptive pardon was also already tested with Nixon.
As much as it’s unfair, I really don’t think there’s anything we can do about these pardons other than seethe. Though that doesn’t mean we should just cross our arms and give up. We can strengthen our institutions, enact voter ID, go after Big Pharma, and put other measures to prevent fucks like Fauci ever run a social experiment like this again.
But that requires going beyond performative actions, and I don’t blame Trump for not being able to pull it off. This shit’s so corrupt that we have basically given up when it comes to thinking Zionists and big corporate interests can be expunged. Though I don’t want to doom and I truly hope everything gets better one day. I just don’t think going after the pardons is the correct battle as much as it pains me.
