Couple things:
1) While I believe most of the big claims PPP has made because they totally fit Phil's behavior over the years, the part about Phil not having a driver's license I question. Mr. Stickler for the Rules, Mr. Throw Trolls in Jail, Mr. Scared of his own Shadow...I find it hard to believe he drives around doing errands every week with no license. Just doesn't seem like Phil. Or maybe he just meant Phil didn't have Real ID and said the "no license" as a funny exaggeration?

2) I know PPP makes shit up at times. But I've watched way too much Phil. When he's caught looking dumb or in a lie and has no comeback, he pretends it didn't happen or calls it a meme. Since that's how he's handled the Casino repeatedly destroying him, I tend to believe PPP is mostly telling the truth and Phil has no counterargument. Could be wrong but it fits Phil's pattern of behavior.

With how lazy he is I wouldn't be surprised if he let it expire.

I agree with the first part. We know Phil is terrified of IRL conflict, I don't think he'd risk breaking the law by driving around without a license. He's lazy and hates doing things, sure, but even Phil is capable of waddling outside of his house every so often to run real errands. I don't think getting his license renewed is beyond even Phil's limited capabilities.

But I fully believe Phil would lie and says he doesn't have his license if it was part of an excuse to avoid traveling somewhere. It sounds like from the clip, they were originally talking about flying somewhere, cause they mentioned a passport. They also mentioned Phil's parents, and we know PPP was offering to fly Phil and Khet down for a honeymoon thing. If I had to guess, I'd wonder if they were discussing the honeymoon stuff, Phil insisted he can't fly, PPP pointed out he flew to see his parents, and then Phil started to backtrack and turn it into a real ID excuse.

It's a common Phil tactic. While he's ignorant of a lot of things, he really plays it up when it comes to doing something he doesn't want to. Suddenly, he has absolutely no idea how to do XYZ, even if we just saw him do it/can easily prove it's something simple. Phil insisting he couldn't get that krabby patty thing from Wendy's because it wasn't available in his area, even though we could google and prove that was false. Phil saying he couldn't get Jasper to an emergency vet and, conveniently, wouldn't be able to do the vet trip until the day off. Phil saying he couldn't play Sunshine because his dents were saying there were too many Mario games when it was a dent-choice game and his chat kept asking for it etc.

I suspect a good chunk of the DMs are filled with Phil's lies, that's why I'm one of the advocates for "wanting to see the context." Not to say that Phil's lies aren't amusing. Phil is an awful liar and I usually get a laugh out of how illogical his bigger lies are because it often highlights how little experience he has with being an adult due to his hermit lifestyle. But I'm much more interested in the behind the scenes truths Phil mentions because the above mentioned lack of experience means he doesn't know he's sharing details he should be embarrassed about.

As always: It is called the autism vortex for good reason. A fucking menagerie/private zoo of exotic animals including a snake and a fucking chipmunk was really not on my bingo card.

He 100% has a driver's license. He just does extreme mental gymnastics to try and avoid things, like he legit has extreme social anxiety and agoraphobia so he just makes up as many excuses as he can.
The mental gymnastics thing was one of the things that made DSP fascinating early on, he literally has a gold medal in that shit. I knew it was a fault I'd had at some points in my life (although I generally said yes to most opportunities) but DSP is on another level. If mental gymnastics to come up with elaborate excuses was a competitive sport then DSP would be on the front cover of all the magazines and be doing interviews on famous pahdcasts and shit like that.

He did similar mental gymnastics when Khet first visited, shit about her drivers license and all that.

Nigga literally needs to see a trained, high-level psychologist and a psychiatrist to get his shit fixed but he'll never do it. He has serious social anxiety and its kind of sad - none of this driver's license/ID shit involves detractors at all but he obviously needs to stop livestreaming/internet bullshit entirely also.

I could also see phils license expiring and he just doesnt get it renewed, and thats why he has to go out on kats days off because she drives

The problem as you can see is he literally has no friends nor anyone he can talk to about his struggles earnestly so he has ended up talking to random internet drama streamers while drunk off his ass. Medical professionals (particularly psychologists) have very strong requirements for privacy - if they go on a pahdcast to talk about DSP then they lose their medical license which they spent like 7 years or some shit getting. They generally print money like fuck too, so getting some superchats or twitter clout generally isn't worth it.

Now whether or not he is actually narcissistic and this is why he hasn't gotten help is still up for debate because we only see one side of DSP. When he "trusts" someone he obviously talks a lot more about stuff that is going on. But anyway, he fucked over all his friends so it is little surprise he has ended up with no one to talk to.

One clear pattern has definitely emerged though: DSP can't let go of his valiant fight against the "detractors". It's a fucking stupid fight because he still doesn't seem to understand what he does just attracts more and more of them. Most of the OG "detractors" like the SoK moved on ages ago and there are plenty others who have tuned out because they realize watching this guy being self-destructive and extremely negative for lengthy periods of time is literally not healthy nor productive for themselves. He needs to let that shit go but I'm not so sure he has it in him to walk away from it because he's been fighting against the "detractors" in his mind and in his walls for so long - I truly can't tell if he even comprehends that even if he wins against the "detractors" he literally wins nothing from it. He's extremely delusional.

It kind of reminds me of when I was a kid and I got in shit for something at school and it was the one time that I didn't do anything at all. My hippy teacher tried to impart on me a lesson about "riding the wave" and just dealing with it. I told him to go fuck himself. But with time and experience I did learn that certain battles just eat you up inside and you don't actually get anything for yourself out of winning them.

Like DSP is literally trying to win one over on people like Doody and other faggots. And he's 100% correct that these people would have nothing to do if he stopped streaming - the only way he can actually win is by stopping streaming at this point but I don't think he has any hope of landing a job anywhere at this point since he has wasted away the past 20 years on gin, doordash and watching movies every night and can't even deal with basic computer shit or get an ID document without someone holding his hand. Sad.

The only believable creature on this list is the Chipmunk most like it's one of those "woodland critters" that he has for some reason taken ownership of.

No way does he have a Snake unless its one of the smaller species like a corn snake and there is absolutely no way he has a fucking bearded dragon he can barely look after a fucking cat and house plants.
