Bearded dragon is a small lizard, easy to take care of, and a snake needs barely any care. Kat and Phil are autists, they are using the animals as replacement for children and social interaction. Phil as a narcissist probably likes the animals fully depend on him, so they are probably heavily neglected. Owning exotic animals makes him feel special.

I really can't see either Khet or Phil owning reptiles because those are not creatures that you can just feed and leave alone. On the other hand I can see a world where Phil might think that having to buy additional pet assessories like vivarium tanks, heating lamps, special substrates, etc. means he's a premium deluxe pet owner. Either way unless I see pics of a lizard tank with DSP t-posing like an airplane reflected from it I'm gonna say he's probably sticking to rodents and other small animals.

edit: I'm talking out of my ass and just assuming that most reptiles have specific temperature/environment needs so anyone who knows more or actually owns lizards and snakes let me know if I'm being dumb

With pretty much any other cow I'd agree, but this is Phil we're talking about. I mean, if I was an outsider who heard Phil talking about protecting his family and stuff, I'd assume he meant his wife and kids, not his cat (and whatever other animals may or may not exist). Phil thinks he's brilliant for using semantics that ultimately make no sense as long as there's a tiny nugget of truth in it. Especially if he was trying to use them in the context of an excuse to not do something. Like, if he was talking about not being able to fly down to Florida because he has to take care of his pets and PPP pointed out he flew out to CT when he had Jasper and there were no issues. DSP could fumble for an excuse and say he has other animals to feed, when he's really talking about some rando animals that wander by the snort fort. In Phil's mind, it's not technically a lie, even though anyone else would see it as pure BS.

I mean, this is the same guy that argues nobody guessed the Jasper reveal stream because, even though a bunch of people guessed the reveal was he got a cat, they didn't correctly guess that "I had a cat for X amount of days before the reveal" so therefore, everyone was wrong.

Makes me think it's a mix of both, because who actually has a chipmunk in their house? Especially when said house also has a cat. Even if Jasper is declawed, I can't imagine a world where a cat and chipmunk get along. But reptiles, while admittedly seeming a little out of character for Phil, aren't implausible because you can keep them in a cage. But even then, while they're low maintenance, I wouldn't say they're no maintenance.

It's also weird that PPP only "thinks" Phil has X amount of animals. It feels like something you'd either know or wouldn't. I can totally understand if he's holding back for the big reveal to get people to tune in, but there's a difference between giving a vague answer you intend to elaborate on versus an uncertain answer. I dunno, I guess the overall TLDR is, while it's fun to speculate, ultimately nothing has been confirmed and you really never know what to expect when it comes to the goutverse.

I’ve owned / own both a ball python and a beardie. If Phil has a bearded dragon, he should realistically be goin to get feeder bugs for it roughly every three days, which doesn’t match the leaks. Unless it was a recent purchase of course, which would still make that possible. No fucking way hes keeping his own feeder insects in the house.

Most entry herps can be easy the majority of the time, but some living conditions are super specific, and illness and malnutrition can be hard to identify if they aren’t handled and watched frequently and carefully. I have a difficult time imagining that Phil is diligent enough to properly maintain a bearded dragon. Most starter snakes like corns and balls are very easy tho, basically pet rocks you feed rats every so often.

Bearded dragons also shit constantly, so they do require a bit of tank maintenance. Their stomachs can also become impacted if fed in an enclosure with sand, as they accidentally ingest it. I would be willing to bet a lot of money that those tanks are a smelly mess, and that the dragon probably looks and feels like shit. Pure speculation tho obviously.

I cannot contain how KINO this all is, a Frank jump scare is the funniest shit mixed with him thinking about becoming Bossmanjack 2. Friday will be incredible because PPP is so petty when he wants to be and Phil is his polar opposite.

I think Phil is going to pull a sicky on Friday and absolutely Sunday to avoid this. Christ if it's really bad he might hide for the week. If it is that bad this is honestly worse than May 1st.

It has been 1277 days (3 years, 6 months) since the bank leaks happened. A whole bunch of shit has happened in the interim period so its very difficult to base anything off of them when it comes to recent revelations.

It is very notable btw that they mention anytime he wanted them to stop making fun of him DSP would come up with an excuse about someone/a pet dying, so they're at least keenly aware that most of the shit he told them is probably lies. And it's notable that Andy Warski is the one that mentioned it first. Some people have come in this thread that are more aware of PPP and claim he bullshits about certain things, I'm not sure how Andy Warski is with this kind of stuff but PPP wasn't the one to instigate that line of thought/analysis.
