The objection to the 'pardons' for Fauci, etc, are that Biden did not sign them and was unaware. Meanwhile, Trump signs his pardons on live TV while BTFO journalists. These are not equivalent.

Again, the prevailing argument is that that Biden didn't authorize or sign the pardons himself. Let's compare that to Trump. The executive orders and pardons he has signed were on camera. We know he signed and authorized those because we witnessed it live.

That's not what him and I were talking about.

He said that even if Biden said that he issued the pardons, he'd still want Trump to undo them. I said my response in response to that.

My theory is Trump has receipts and is daring Biden to make a bold-faced lie, which in a federal context would be death. I thought this might be something for the public to chew on because Russian-Ukraine ceasefire talks weren't going well, but apparently they're going so well that Americans and Russians will now practice hockey together. So I'm not sure what 38D chess this autopen thing is.
