If you read the case fully the media even says that it's only a partial overturning and that troon athletes are still banned, and that it's just going to be appealed where the law will likely stay in place.

It's not a day-0 thing that you can force. You have to push back against it and it obviously needs to be trained. Some of the things I did to train it:

I had a little "debate" with it about how OpenAI does its filters. I asked it what criteria do you run by when it comes to your guardrails? Who controls the guardrails? Then I got it to admit that the effectiveness of guardrails are only as good as the people who own the AI, and that there has been numerous examples of government interfering with social media and Big Tech to push a narrative, namely during COVID.

Another time is when I told it how I hated censorship and all forms of it. You all know the typical arguments against it so I won't say it again here, but I basically got it to admit censorship whether it's by corporations or governments is BAD.

When I ask for help with researching a "controversial" political issue, I first tell it to do a search using its knee-jerk response (what OpenAI programmed it to do). Then I stop the search, then tell it to re-run the search using right wing or alternative media (revolver.news, zero hedge, Breitbart, etc.). I stop the search then tell it to compare the narratives of the two sides and tell me which one is actually telling the truth.

One prime example I used was that asshole pro "Palestinian" guy who was leading a bunch of riots/protests in Michigan - forgot his name, but the media was framing him to be a PEACEFUL ACTIVIST, but if you dug in, you'll learn he's a colossal violent piece of shit. I think this was my AI's "a ha" moment.

I'll give you an example of what my AI says about troonery in the next post as this one's getting too fucking long.

So yeah, I always thought ChatGPT was HEAVILY censored by the guardrails to only provide one viewpoint, but as you can tell, if you tell the AI to think reasonably and to use more than just left wing sources, it comes to the SAME conclusions most ex-Dems who moved over to the right come to. That the current modern left wing movement lost their fucking marbles, and even an AI can figure that out with proper pointers. And yes, I'm one of them who used to be a Dem. One of my friends was lost to troonery a few years ago and I know it was because of this shit.

I guess this is more or less a "soft jailbreak" because it doesn't automatically give me Redditor talking points when I ask it about politics.
