Kiwifarms is privately revered for this sort of thing - even if all of those same people will support any public takedowns. You'd also be surprised how many people in those communities actively participate here (and was the case on Something Awful, 4chan, ED, etc) and hide their powerlevel well enough to blend in.
At the end of the day - Kink is just a hobby like any other. There's the public facing side and the private community side.
She isn't blacklisted from the public side. Fetlife.com and a public sex club are places you can just sign up for and/or walk into. If you have a normal hobby - this would be akin to the "known asshole" who isn't banned from the arcade but regulars generally avoid.
The private side though? Absolutely. Most kinksters don't go into the public space often (with some not at all) - it isn't uncommon to use Fetlife to find the community in your local area, become ingratiated, then stop using Fet. There's also a lot of not kinkiness in the kink community (a lot of autistic hobbies - video games, old movies, TTRPGs, etc). This is the level of community where you meet as normal people in normal places or at people's houses. There is a 0% chance that Becky is getting into this level of the community - she will absolutely not be invited to homes, private games, or established relationships.
She's a level of toxic that if you take the risk and bring her around - you're getting soft removed with her from whatever community you brought her into.
