Also the document 177-10002-10070 is kind of a soup of concerns in regards to mexican american relations and a meeting between leaders but a section in it highlights just how retarded the Tariff doomers can be who act like it's some unprecedented never ever before done in the history of ever thing.

Unless I am burnt out misreading then let me just say"Mexico folded again award"

Mexico has always been forced to acquiesce to American demands, they have no real choice considering we're their largest trading partner. It's why I can't help but chuckle when they try their tough talk, hard to talk tough when we've already beaten your shitty country in a war and even annexed some of your land.

If our checks and balances are effective it's because we have systems with their own set of power. The issue with judges is that they they are doing the part of the legislature by rewriting laws instead of interpreting them, and stealing the power of the executive branch by imagining laws into existence. If the judicial branch gets disempowered it'll have been an over-correction for their past behavior.

Roe v. Wade is a prime example, it was purely legislating from the bench. There's nothing in the Consitution on abortion but they managed to argue it fell under the purview of the 14th amendment, the one leftist lawyers and activists always run to so they can shove some dumb bullshit through the courts.

Thankfully SCOTUS did correct the issue but the judicial branch is playing an extremely dangerous game of chicken with the executive right now, Roberts should've just kept his mouth shut until they get to look at these court cases.

Bunch of old people. All this stuff - Ukraine, trans rights, "queerness", white privilege theory, mass immigration advocacy - it's all stale boomer faggotry. Time to move forward and leave all this ugly regressive kitsch in the past where it belongs.

"Mary, did you see the news? We might have to sell the second summer home. Fuck DRUMPF and fuck MUSKRAT. Get your sewing circle to make some signs. We're bringing Woodstock back again!"

Activist judges are a real problem for the judicial because they do a lot of the legislation/execution from the bench, so much so that there's a clear double standard in procedure. All anyone has to do is point to illegals, or lockdowns, and how they treated those issues. I'm not optimistic about SCOTUS doing anything other than giving themselves more power, because they say so, but a reason judicial powers were so poorly defined is so that the other branches could do their jobs. Judges encroaching on elected officials was never the intent.

Posting what this guy put.

The CIA assassinated JFK, the sitting President of the United States.

“The day after the assassination, Gary Underhill left Washington. A small clique within the CIA was responsible, he confided. Less than six months later Underhill was found shot to death. Ruled a suicide.”

It doesn't say the CIA assassinated JFK. It says the commie mag Ramparts says the CIA assassinated JFK.

Doesn't seem the same since all of Bidens pardons were pre-emptive.
i.e. he pardoned a bunch of people who hadn't even been charged with crimes (fauci).
I mean I guess Hunter Biden sort of was charged with some sort of gun crime.
But he was never charged for the foreign shit.
Hunter Biden I don't care about much, but if there were preemptive pardons, that's different. I agree with him on that, that was basically giving legal immunity to future problems lol.

Clock me if I'm late - and I was day behind in this thread - but there was talk of 'Hamilton' and this was found in the order:

Am I reading this right? They fucking cited it?
This is the most literal example of letting theater kids run the country I have ever fucking seen.

Bring back bullying and let adults do it too

Is anyone else having dissociative episodes after reading through the JFK files because he can’t cope with the fact that a shadow government has been fucking with the country since at least WWII?
Your just now realizing that? This is mostly just confirmation for us. The most surprising thing is that he was actually killed by Oswald shooting him 3 times. No other shooters but everyone knew about it and let it happen.

It's a bitter pill, I hope to god it forces more folks to confront some uncomfortable truths. Nixon got taken out by the same fucks, they just didnt' kill him.

How does having Trannies make the US military more deadly?
If you have had your soul destroyed by horrors posted to shock/gore sites, and are no longer emotionally moved by inhumane crimes against people, I invite you to check out the SRS Horrors thread over in the Stinkditch. All the trannies have to is face the enemy, and then spread their legs like Old Greg (Archive). If the visuals of their stinkditches don't immediately destroy the enemy, the smell will.

What this judge doesn't realize is that were we to weaponize troons in this manner, that would be a war crime.
