Man, I wish this fandomsandfeminism idiot would stop talking about shit she doesn't know anything about. IIRC she's been an asshole to people from ex-commie countries, has been called out on her crap, and yet she still keep whining about this stuff.
This is the addition that I usually see on this post, about a Neanderthal who was injured young but lived to a long age, therefore was cared for, etc etc.
Which is nice to think about, that even early humans have compassion, but kind of ignores the fact that even those dang dirty capitalists have compassion... for their family and friends. Like how this Shanidar 1 mentioned in the post would have been cared for by his social unit, not by the Neanderthal communist government.
(And also the fact that modern humans didn't evolve from Neanderthals, but, hey).
Ancient humans, from Neolithic to Ancient Greek and probably many others, also would kill or leave to die babies who were deformed, illegitimate, or if there were too many already. Senicide also still happens in parts of India.
tl;dr People care for other people, but sometimes they don't, particularly if you're talking about caring for strangers over themselves and their loved ones. Who would have guessed.
Don't know why they tagged that as "feminism" either. Probably because everything is feminism.

This sort of thing seems to go hand in hand with positive awareness campaigns. When there's a lot of effort put into destigmatizing certain conditions, people who don't have the condition will latch on and claim they have it. It lets them explain stuff they don't like about themselves (i.e. I'm socially reclusive/awkward, but that's understandable because I have autism), or gives them a narrative of having to deal with a condition, which then gets parleyed in a get-out-jail-free card like we chronicle so often on this site. It doesn't make positive awareness campaigns a bad thing by a long shot, but it's kind of an unfortunate side consequence that seems to crop up. Unfortunately on Tumblr, if you’re not special, you’re shit.

Society works great when the people at the top make sacrifices for the greater good. Unfortunately, it never seems to work out that way. Sure, an ideal society wouldn't have people in poverty, but humans are far from ideal.
This is a common trait of many tumblrinas, autists, and lolcows; the lack of theory of mind. They can’t seem to grasp that other people have beliefs, desires, intentions, and perspectives that are different from their own, and other people won’t act against their own self-interest simply because the lolcow demands it or threatens a tantrum.

"Yin-yang Ren" is actually one of the more respectful terms for trannies (the more appropriate term is "Ren yao", literally "human monster"). There is nothing culturally-specific about this. Androgyny has never been a desirable trait in Chinese culture (unlike, for example, Japan), probably because it brings to mind the image of court eunuchs, which had been a scourge in imperial politics throughout the ages. Trannyism as we understand it now didn't even arise before the influx of western mass media.
It is not because trannyism is quite unknown in China at least until the 1980s.

Those pieces of advice -- except the very last piece of mumbo jumbo about "structures of power" -- are actually truthful, generic suggestions. The fact that they're used on what SJWs deemed "victims" does not subtract from their relevance.

I'm pretty sure it's against the law to hire an illegal immigrant. Also, what difference would me learning a skill make if the illegal got the job I had with no skill at all? My choices would not have made a difference because at the end of the day a business is a business. You can choose to be pissed at your boss for outsourcing your job instead of the worker (which makes more sense), but the company will do whatever is cheaper to save money. I don't think there is much you can do about that.

What's funny is this advice would actually seem to be advising that the target of the advice should vote for Trump, make a better decision to keep those illegal immigrants out of the country, shut down the H-1B visa program, etc.
