Nah, just getting out of the pigpen more than once a week would be a start. Take a walk outside, go see a movie, go to Seattle or do anything outside the pigpen, preferably around other human style creatures.
Not like this was new information, but this latest Kino arc has really shown how this man has zero social skills. He literally only speaks to "chat" and his wife, everyday. Like raising an animal in captivity. What a sad, pathetic life to live. You have to beg every minute of every day to strangers online and never leave your condo to do anything fun. What a waste of a life. Kat is trading in actually living her life to eat Doordash and sit in that condo alone.

TLDR: that guy really needs to travel and it shows
You nailed it. I think this everytime he says those racist things or even mentions another country . It's no surprise that he was so amazed by seeing commercials from Europe.

It'd be interesting to see how/if he'd change if he did some serious traveling, and not just to tourist areas in English speaking countries. If he was smart he'd try living like a king going on adventures in Thailand and other countries instead of stressing over money everyday, making no real experiences for himself and wife.

Setting aside the discussion of whether the KC duo was actually blindsided by how needy and content-blackhole Phil is, the fatal flaw in whatever plan they had to make him their dancing monkey was gassing him up from the start. They probably thought the bump in views and money from casinodents can be used as leverage to get him to dance, but what they didn't realize is Phil does not have any concept of loyalty or debts of gratitude. As soon as he found someone willing to give him the time of day it seemed like he immediately went for the "I'm the one who operated a successful Youtube channel, so do this for me, reee" approach.
I actually think they got Phil to dance for them. The issue is, they overestimated Phil's ability to dance. And, hey, they aren't the first people to make the mistake of overestimating Phil and thinking there might be ways to make him entertaining. I used to be a strong proponent of "Phil would probably be more successful if he was a drama streamer or if he was streaming Champions." And then when he did both of those things...nope, he was still a boring failure.

KC definitely pushed him more into the drama sphere. They were trying to get him to do interviews, but those just turned into glorified prestreams and then Phil struggled to get guests because why would anyone want to do an interview with a guy who only talks about himself? They got him to relaunch Snark Guys, and the "grill Phil" segment was supposed to be like a mini version of lolcow live, but it was ultimately a dud. We got a few funny lines from it, but it was still hours of wasted content. It sounds like they tried to get him into IRL streaming territory, but Phil is too much of a hermit for that. But even if they have, I bet it'd have ultimately been a nothing burger and, again, turn into a new avenue for Phil to do his prestreams.

There was maybe a time like 10 years ago where someone could be an idea guy for Phil and make him dance, but I really think there's just nothing more to Phil anymore. Not to say he doesn't still produce a lot of content as a cow, and I think Phil will still be entertaining in that regard for several years, but it won't be because he's getting tricked into different activities. It'll always be his alien way of talking, weird pre-stream rants and his inability to perform basic tasks that even a child would eventually figure out. To a lesser extent, poor gameplay as well, but it feels like even that has been crushed under the weight of prestream Phil. As time goes on, prestream Phil is just going to be "stream Phil." I think the only reason we haven't hit that point yet is because he still has one or two paypigs that actually toss money at him for specific games.

As @MAWBD2 said he needs to actually leave his house. More so what he needs is to go on like a one month break and spend a bunch of time outdoors and around regular fucking people who aren't dents, detractors or downies so he can get some perspective about shit. But I get the feeling he is too far gone for that to happen - he wouldn't even take the invitation from triple P to go on a paid vacation (which I have to say was one of the nicest gestures anyone offered DSP in a long, long time)

I've done a bit of travel but have also had periods where I have been isolated and it really wrecks your mental health rapidly.

It's getting lost in amongst the Burnell wildlife sanctuary and Kat's health speculation, but I think my favorite reveal was that when Phil had to be handheld through installing a VPN he spent hours entertaining himself by looking at the different adverts he was getting while visiting websites from different countries. He's absolutely melted his brain with gin, door dash and WWE champions.
Phil watching online ads as entertainment may be what finally pushes the "Dear Leader" to the detractor side of things.

It's legit sad. That's no way to live.

But this is the life he wants. Dude is 42, it takes months, sometimes years, or decades for him to change the most basic shit on his streams. I don't think he'll ever change enough to live anywhere near as good as the life that he easily could be right now. Easier for him to convince himself that his life is great and he can do nothing more to improve it except for begging more and buying dumb shit.

PPP saying Phil told him he wants to phase out games completely is very funny and it's very obvious to everyone he hates playing games at this point, but I do wonder if he will ever truly give up playing them. His recent cope about how he "has been embraced as a podcaster" was one of the funniest fucking things he has said recently. I recently made a post about his incredible ineptitude at choosing what games to play and perfectly choosing the options that you would choose if you were intentionally trying to sink his business, but I feel like I have to do the same for his "podcast".

"The Level One Podcast"
1. Isn't uploaded anywhere a podcast would be uploaded but Youtube.

2. Very often relies on visuals and he makes no attempt to describe things for someone listening(RIP SBM).

3. Really has no topic aside from begging you for money and telling you the schedule for the 100th time that week.

4. Has consistent technical issues that make it devolve into troubleshooting.

5. Incredible amount of dead air so much so that on the odd occasion that I listen to part of a prestream I often think my app crashed because of the prolonged silence.

6. Is named after an insult from Keemstar telling him he is will never get better or more successful and Phil seemingly agrees.

7. Very often ends with 30 plus minutes of Qna where you ask a polack who has barely left his house in the last 16 years what he had for dinner and other questions that he will refuse to even give an opinion on.

This is a "podcast" clinically designed to fail and have no listeners. There is no shortage of worthless podcasts out there, but if you are going to do one you have to have a topic or reason you are speaking with the intention of other people listening. You should be informative or entertaining and as everyone knows DSP is neither of these things. Anybody can make a shitty podcast, but DSP calling his prestream a podcast feels particularly insulting to the word and to anyone who is listening to him.

I am curious to see the shitshow today. I don't really know much about rtu aside from him being a fat retard failure so I don't really know if this is going to be a mutual masturbation session or they are going to pathetically insult each other. Either way all they are doing is giving Kino Casino even more content to talk about. Very desperate move either way. Damn DSP is a retard.

AI Phil is somehow more human(and more sympathetic)than the real Phil.
Seriously. That’s how you know it’s AI. I have never seen him have that type of relaxed, laughing (legit human laughing, not his ACK ACK ACK shit), at ease conversation like he did in the very first flashback when he realizes Khet cooked up the bunny.

Rereading what I just typed, I hate myself for allowing myself to get sucked up in the vortex and the fact that that paragraph actually makes fucking sense.

Despite the small tidbits of info PPP and Warski have shared thus far, they already paint a clear picture: Phil is a miserable, likely depressed drone in desperate need of friends and any semblance of interaction and validation. This isn’t by any means something new, but it validates what many have been saying about him for years.

What is funny is that many people took DSP's infamous "that was my depression" quote and posited with 100% conviction that he isn't depressed. It ended up in a lot of discussion with many people absolutely convinced that DSP could never ever be depressed despite all of his self-destructive behaviors and also the fact that he obviously has severe agoraphobia (or something similar) that prevents him from leaving his house as well as alcoholism and a gambling addiction that probably burns him mentally and physically. He hasn't had a meaningful break from "online khantent creation" in like more than an entire fucking decade at this point:
I made a lengthy post about it here: https://kiwifarms.st/threads/darksydephil-theycallmedsp-phil-burnell.975/post-3050830
And there was a thread about it too: https://kiwifarms.st/threads/do-you-think-phil-is-actually-depressed.44383/

TLDR: DSP is obviously heavily depressed and has been for ages and everyone who sat around saying that he could never be depressed was retarded and just turbo hate him for other reasons and therefore think its impossible he could be depressed based off of that. Just because he said a few dumb things (which every livestreamer has done) and has an appearance on his stream that masks it as well as the fact he is delusional as fuck and has carried on a dumb fucking "battle against da detractors" for his entire online life that will never have an outcome unless he just walks away from it.

I mean don't get me wrong, he hasn't exactly done much to earn people's empathy but anyone who was arguing up and down that it was impossible that he was depressed years ago was totally wrong.

If phil had made a friend he could go have a beer with and vent about random bullshit that's on his mind when he first moved to seattle, a good amount of the lolcow behavior likely wouldn't have happened the past 10 years. Phil treating his streams like a therapy session instead of entertainment for the viewers has him trapped in this endless loop he is currently stuck in. Like a lot of people have already said, he just needs a clean break from the internet for a while to regain some perspective on life.

And obviously he needs to address the gambling and alcohol issues also before he can really change anything else.

Finally finished the most recent Kino show and one of the things People'sPopulistPress (that's what people used to call him) said still has me stunlocked. Someone asked them what kind of collab content Phil suggested, Andy said that it was usually just low effort gamer shit. PPP then recounted how he asked Phil what his dream collab with them would look like. Phil wanted to do a ghost hunting show where PPP and Andy would be marking out and acting like retards who were super scared by the ghost, but then Phil would show up like the Conquering Hero and deboonk the paranormal phenomenon calmly, rationally and scientifically.

This dude...
This actually tracks as pretty believable to me because I recall a rare case of modern eruh phil oversharing (by his standards) and telling someone he and Kat liked watching animal themed shows and ghost hunting shows as well. I'm sure you can add Discovery Plus to the list of subscriptions he's paying for since OG reality tv douchebag Zak Bagans from Ghost Adventures has always seemed like the sort of guy that phil would want to emulate.

Don't give me shit for watching this trash it was during Covid lockdown and we needed something other than phil that was fake and gay to laugh at lol. This guy always had a whiff of taking his khantent way too seriously when it's literally just a guy yelling at himself in the dark. Dressed like a Hot Topic Screamo groupie in the older episodes, totally used to be jacked dood and the only thing that seemed real about him was his desire to bully one of his Aspy-diagnosed co-hosts in almost every episode during the Golden Age of Phil circa 2011.

If phil thought Wrestling was real until John Rambo explained it was all fixed to him on Smark Guys he probably still thinks these cookie cutter ghost chasing shows (there seems to be about 50 of them out there now) are actually real as well since no one's told him otherwise. :story:
