Turns out that all the removal of minorities and women from the DOD pages were malicious compliance by the people who did it.

Lots of sperging on Twitter about how clever they are up until today, now there's complaining about how it isn't fair they're getting their shit pushed in.

And JAG is under investigation because they're encouraging malicious compliance as well as advising on how to ignore the President's orders as well as STILL having their pronouns and insisting other people have their pronouns in emails.

And Walz's daughter has a not-zero chance of having had a train run on her by lower enlisted before she was even 18.

Fentanyl dealer in Philadelphia arrested by ICE. This is her SECOND deportation, incidentally.

First...that's a woman???

Second...HOLY FUCKING LE GOBLINA

A great story out of the DC rag of repute

One little interesting tidbit about the Dakota Pipeline story: Judge James Boasberg, yes the same one who said Trump isn't allowed to order the deportation of illegal immigrants, tried to shut the pipeline down in March 2020 when Trump was in his first term. His order to shut the pipeline down was overturned in August 2020.

Are there any Democrats up for election there or any Rinos that can be replaced?

Not from what I've seen, the big election is going to be for governor next year since Desantis is term-limited but I suspect it'll be a fairly safe Republican win given how much Trump gained in the state for 2024. The Senate seat is believed to be safe and the special elections for the House are in safe Republican areas, at least from what I know of Florida.

Trump Says It’s Easier to Deal With Liberal Leader in Canada

US President Donald Trump said he would rather work with the Liberal Party leader in Canada to resolve a trade war he instigated with Ottawa, weighing in on an expected national election in the neighboring North American country.

Trump in an interview on Fox News on Tuesday was pressed by host Laura Ingraham about polls that show the ruling Liberal Party of Prime Minister Mark Carney now ahead of the Conservatives, who are led by Pierre Poilievre. An election is likely to happen soon, and it will come after the US imposed tariffs on its largest trading partner and threatened more levies in April in an escalating fight that has roiled the northern country.

“I think it’s easier to deal actually with a Liberal and maybe they’re going to win, but I don’t really care. It doesn’t matter to me at all,” Trump said Tuesday in the interview.

The US president also delivered a jab at Poilievre, saying that “the Conservative that’s running is, stupidly, no friend of mine.”

“I don’t know him, but he said negative things. When he says negative things, I couldn’t care less,” Trump added.

Trump’s comments come after Carney, the former Bank of Canada and Bank of England governor, won the contest to lead the Liberal Party, succeeding former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau earlier this month.

Carney could call a national election soon, and he has been portraying himself as an experienced crisis manager. He cites his tenure leading two major central banks during the global financial crisis and Britain’s exit from the European Union as making him uniquely qualified to deal with the economic threat posed by Trump.

Canada has been a top target of Trump in his second-term push to reshape global trade flows and counter what he says are unfair trading practices by US partners.

The president has hit Canada and Mexico with 25% levies on most goods — a measure he said was aimed at forcing the countries to crack down on the flow of migrants and illegal drugs across US borders. Trump delayed those measures for a month on goods that comply with a free trade agreement he negotiated in his first term, but has also imposed steel and aluminum tariffs and also threatened additional import duties on Canadian lumber and dairy.

Canada has imposed retaliatory tariffs, and Carney has pledged to maintain those until Trump withdraws his actions. Trump has expressed a desire to make Canada the 51st US state and in his interview Tuesday said it was “one of the nastiest countries to deal with,” as he criticized Trudeau’s response to his trade concerns.

A Liberal Party spokesperson said: “For years, Pierre Poilievre has been following Donald Trump’s playbook to divide Canadians. He thinks that Canada is broken, and would give into Trump’s demands. Only Mark Carney will stand strong against Trump’s tariffs and build a stronger Canada.”

In a post on X, Poilievre said Trump “endorsed” Carney rather than him because the Liberal leader would be a weaker negotiator.

Trump’s comments criticizing Poilievre on Tuesday were not the first time he has been critical of the Conservative leader, whose party until recently had been ahead in polls.

“Well, I think his biggest problem is he’s not a MAGA guy, you know?” Trump said in an interview with the Spectator published in February, referring to the Republican’s Make America Great Again slogan. “I mean, he’s really not, he’s not a Trump guy at all.”

In response to those comments, Poilievre posted on X: “Mr. President, it is true. I am not MAGA. I am for Canada First. Always.”

Canada Seeks Defense Ties and Deals With Europe as US Pulls Back

Canada has floated doing major defense deals with Europe and improving the continent’s access to its critical minerals in response to President Donald Trump’s threats and his pullback from US defense commitments.

Canada is seeking closer defense industry cooperation with Italy and the European Union as “a matter of urgency,” Elissa Golberg, its ambassador in Rome, wrote to Italy’s finance, foreign affairs, defense and enterprise ministers on Monday. That was the same day new Prime Minister Mark Carney visited France and the UK for talks with allies in his first foreign trip since being sworn in as Canada’s new leader on March 14.

The ambassador’s letter, which was seen by Bloomberg News, requested Italy’s support in ensuring that legislative texts allow third parties to collaborate with the EU’s ReArm defense plan.

A Canada-EU defense partnership can be concluded quickly, which would make Canada eligible for joint procurement with European nations under the ReArm plan, according to a person with knowledge of the matter.

Golberg’s letter outlined plans “to purchase a number of key capabilities through major near-term procurement efforts” including as many as a dozen submarines, additional fighter jets, and battle tanks “that could potentially be acquired from European suppliers”.

Just hours after he was sworn in as Canada’s prime minister on Friday, Carney ordered a review of Canada’s deal to acquire dozens of F-35 fighter jets from US-based Lockheed Martin Corp., as part of a reassessment of Canada’s reliance on the US. Trump’s sweeping tariffs and his threats of “economic force” to make the country a 51st US state have rattled Canadians.

Trump and members of his administration have also taken aim at Canada’s relatively low level of defense spending — it’s well below the 2% NATO target, though rising — and the size of the US trade deficit with Canada.

The runner-up in Canada’s 2023 deal to buy warplanes was Sweden’s Saab AB fighter. Germany’s ThyssenKrupp AG has registered lobbyists in Ottawa regarding Canadian plans to buy submarines.

Canadian industry “has much more to offer,” the letter continues, like drones, satellite communications, robotics, AI, cybersecurity, and better integration of supply chains for Canada’s large reserves of critical minerals needed for advanced defence technologies and renewable energy systems such as nickel, cobalt and lithium.

Europe’s effort to boost defense spending “is of interest to us as Canada because of a potential alternative supplier,” Carney told reporters in London on Monday. “It creates the potential to create supply chains that mean that Canadian companies are participating in the development of these defense systems.”

Representatives for the Canadian embassy in Rome, Canada’s Department of National Defence, and Italy’s foreign ministry didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment outside of ordinary working hours.

Canada has already agreed to negotiate a security partnership with the EU, but the letter says it would like to work more closely on security and defense “given the current evolving geopolitical environment.”

Oh ok. I'm just going to strike this thingy in Florida from memory as I don't need to know about it.

In honor of page 2936 Id like to share a tidbit about what happened in 1936 that is little talked about but set the playing field for the second world war

Who here knows about the Stresa Front? For those who dont wanna click the link it was a ww1 era agreement between France, The UK and Italy to "check Germany" and overall be the proto EU

Then in 1936 Mussolini attacks Ethiopia to combine the green parts
1742437785797.png

It goes like shit for the Italians and end up having to use mustard gas against people defending against tanks and bombers with shields and spears

that dosent matter though, the upshot is they WIN and the SANCTIONS imposed by the western powers (SPECIFICALLY ON OIL) ostracized them from the Stresa Front and drove him towards Hitler

Italy was our ally in ww1 the way Russia was in ww2 Ill leave the rest for you to draw your own conclusions

Btw they are trying to reboot it. Which came out of nowhere, your weird Swat Kats posts may have monkey pawed it back into existence

It's cool that they're trying again, but this isn't new. They've been trying (and failing) for years now to bring Swat Kats back, their first kickstarter ended nearly 10 years ago at this point.
