While I agree with fat being a mindset, I think taco bell is actually a less fatty fast food chain. It likely has a higher nutritional value than the alternatives, although the ingredients are lower quality. I would argue that instead, Taco Bell being someone's favorite fast food slop is indicative of them having an immature palate. All of the foods consist of the same ingredients, the flavor of which is overpowered by a very unsophisticated seasoning blend. Basically it shows mitsuba :3's sense of taste is very trashy and unrefined. Which is also apparent in her hate for carrots, and the outfits she chooses to wear.

When you live one tier above trailer park level, your taste palate tends to be on the low end.

I think she said she uses a cup or a bucket to pour water over to wash, and she's probably hanging above/adjacent to the bathtub while doing so
