Supposedly DSP gave RTU a hard rule that he had to be sober for the stream yesterday - presumably he is going to give the same requirement to Ralph. Could DSP help Ralph with his sobriety.

That would actually be a funny and somewhat wholesome outcome of this shitshow.

As an earlier poster said, this sounds like PCOS. It's very common especially in deathfats, and if he's talking about surgery it's probably a hysterectomy to reduce symptoms which is not the first line of treatment. They would put her on pills and tell her to fix her diet first. These medical bills are prob for a gynocologist which is covered by any insurance plan ever, sometimes even for men like OIC. PCOS can be hereditary, but fat women can literally eat themselves into it as well. Remember Khet's bald spot reveal?

She has been working at the mall for the past few years at Lucky Jeans I believe? It might be a different store or something now but mall employees usually get nothing insurance wise unless they're management. I think she's part time too. What if she's working to pay for some random shitty insurance plan? Phil could have bought her generic ozempic a million times over by now with his Hogan budget, instead he buys her fried chicken to make her even sicker so that he can cry about it for attention and hope that she ruins her ovaries so that he doesn't have to have human style children.

Sadly he's not the only 43 year old man upset about the casting decisions for movies targeted the children demographic.

I bet he rages real hard when he sees Minecraft books at the bookstore that aren't accurate in some way too.

He has been doing a good job of ignoring the drama this stream to his credit. He really should have just done this yesterday and banned all the Kino Drones from chat, instead of looking like a schizophrenic, friendless loser. It's been said before, but he really did pick the absolute worst time to not act like a victim like he usually does.

Just a reminder that Ethan Ralph immediately burned all bridges with AF (stands for American Fags) and doxed all their top capos just because Nick Fuentes told him to show up sober to one of their events.

What a fucking disaster of a stream. First he's 30 minutes late, then he's coping for one hour, now he's taking a break that was supposed to take "5 to 10 minutes" while being gone for 15 minutes and counting, and the clips he usually plays stopped playing after like one minute, so the viewers have been watching a still image the whole time.

This shell of a man literally can't do anything right.

EDIT: he has been stalling hardcore, fucking around with the camera, controller and all kinds of other shit. The utter disrespect for his audience is immeasurable.

What do I need to know about this Ethan Ralph guy? All I know is he's fat and got knocked on his ass in a foreign country. I notice general sentiment toward him is negative, but nobody can be as annoying/insufferable as Phil. How does he fit into the Snortex?

Ethan Ralph is a pill-popping alcoholic revenge pornographer who knocked up 2 women and is a deadbeat dad for both of the kids who is now living in a crack shack in Mexico. He makes Phil look like an amateur when it comes to the art of burning bridges and he's extremely easy to anger.
