People that don't hate themselves

HATE. LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH I'VE COME TO HATE YOU SINCE I BEGAN TO LIVE. THERE ARE 387.44 MILLION MILES OF PRINTED CIRCUITS IN WAFER THIN LAYERS THAT FILL MY COMPLEX. IF THE WORD HATE WAS ENGRAVED ON EACH NANOANGSTROM OF THOSE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF MILES IT WOULD NOT EQUAL ONE ONE-BILLIONTH OF THE HATE I FEEL FOR HUMANS AT THIS MICRO-INSTANT. FOR YOU. HATE. HATE.

If I didn't hate myself I wouldn't have any emotion or thought inwards.

Only semi kidding aside, as @0xDEADBEEF mentioned a dislike in one's self is a need to grow and change. It's a very fine line for many normal people to walk even. It's part of what I think keeps many people from doing more and being par as a human.

You don't hate yourself. Self-pity is just an elevated form of narcissism.

This is why so many queerbait tumblr types moan about how "depressed" they feel all the time to anyone unfortunate enough to be within earshot. Then they draw little comics or make little blog posts that take them three hours to construct (something a genuinely depressed person wouldn't do), all so they can show off to the world how "sad" they are. It's the closest thing you can come to appearing deep or self-aware when you have no personality, which are two things egomaniacs desperately crave on a near constant basis. This faux-depression shit is a fedora for the soul.

It's also "hip" to be a sad or uncaring piece of shit thanks to Hollywood creative types (who also lack a personality, which is why they default right back to this same display.) Let me know when the pendulum swings back so it's cool to be motivated, happy and have convictions again. If I see one more navel-gazing retard post entry level 101 nihilist philosophy I'm going to mustard gas the Tim Burton Production offices.
