If you commit arson you are not getting charged with "petty acts of vandalism" as they are not even in the same league, maybe "destruction of property" but definitely not petty vandalism. It does relate to the original point because I don't think someone who doesn't know the difference between those two should be lecturing us on what counts as terrorism or not.
Can we just get back to the original point, the word petty was used to describe the motivation not the crime. I'm sorry that you don't understand that vandalism is also a felony if more than $400 of damage is dealt. Seriously is it this hard to not grab onto one singular word to try and dismiss an entire argument when that wasn't even the original point. Like jesus christ fine he'd be charged with arson and felony vandalism. It doesn't matter what terminology is used my point is still correct retard.
Terrorism by it's very own legal definition, requires there to be an ideological driven nature behind it, that was the point. I'm honestly getting a little tired of you people trying to bring in what if scenarios and saying "this is terrorism" when your scenarios either already include an ideology in them or don't have one at all.

See, that's what's odd about JFK: he was both critical of the CIA while using them all the time in Southeast Asia. He wasn't against fighting communism, he just had a different idea about how to go about doing it. There was also the fact that JFK regularly conversed with Eisenhower, who was likewise averse to direct conflict with the Soviets.
I think it was @neger psykolog that compared JFK's relationship with the CIA to a "Byzantine fault." From my understanding of it, say there's a tower and multiple generals are tasked to attack it for success. Some generals DON'T attack because the order was lost in translation, sabotage or MIA. With that logic, the CIA either miscommunicated an order to kill the president or somebody went rogue and intentionally muddied the line of communication. Wrong place, wrong time especially with the Red Scare of the 60s.

Leftist can't understand that fascism at it's core is MORE government WHAT THEY fight for. While they bitch about the Trump presidency that REDUCE the government power.
For all the tesla shit ?
Is it terrorism? Legally, U.S. code defines it as violent acts meant to intimidate or coerce for political ends. Burning cars and shooting up dealerships fits that if it’s ideological, not just random rage. Data’s thin on injuries—most attacks target property, not people directly—but the intent to scare Tesla owners and disrupt the company seems clear. Still, not every incident’s linked to the left; some could be opportunists or lone nuts. The scale’s notable though—dozens of incidents since January, per outlets like Forbes and The Guardian.
Contrast that with the left’s “fascist” label-throwing. It’s ironic—those decrying authoritarianism are torching private property, a move straight out of the chaos playbook they claim to oppose. Hypocrisy’s thick here, but it’s less about ideology’s purity and more about tribal tactics. Both sides play dirty when cornered; this is just the left’s current flavor of tantrum. Whether it’s terrorism or just crime, it’s escalating—and Tesla owners are caught in the crossfire.
They want fascism when it benefits them. The more power on their side, the better. Everything else is irrelevant.

Trump retracted one of the executive orders stripping clearances and contracts from a Democrat law firm:

Since randomly my shitposts on this forum keep getting granted. Whoever reads my posts in Trump admin. Please get scotus to confirm pardons are something that cannot be undone. Then thank them as they have given the president the power of unilateral assassination as he can just pardon himself or anyone else before murdering them. "Muh impeachment!" Which moves faster, impeachment proceedings or drone strikes on congress?

For what it's worth the FBI considers tree-spiking to be "eco-terrorim" whatever that is.
Something that has killed and maimed many loggers, is what it is. When a chainsaw hits one, it can and does kill or maim the operator, unless he is lucky or quick.. Fuck tree-spikers. It is an act of sabotage used as violence for political means. Terrorism.

Yeah but I wasn't just referring to JFK's relationship with the CIA. The CIA itself is for lack of a better term autonomous from the US government and does random shit all the time with or without the president's knowledge.
My theory is that they had so many operations going on, trying to catch commies, trying to infiltrate cuba, trying to recruit double-agents, trying to do this and that all at the same time that they had fog of war and didn't know actually know what all of their components were actually doing or where they were and in that situation the CIA probably inadvertently funded or trained someone (or a group) who ended up shooting JFK.

That may sound far fetched until you remember that the CIA financed and trained Osama Bin Laden early on in his life.

I'm just waiting for us to get our first instance of a Tesla being attacked with an armed driver in it, and the ensuing terrorist death. It only takes one retard to decide to start attacking occupied vehicles because empty ones 'aren't getting the message across', and its going to turn into another Rittenhouse level case.

I hope I'm wrong, obviously, but without the USAID orgs to seemingly organize the rabble, the rabbles self escalating, online rhetoric is no longer being filtered out from real life action.
They just need to guillotine them by popping open the Cybertruck's trunk open and snapping it shut.

It wouldn't surprise me. If anything, for better or worse, the whole government is against Trump, so this would be an inverse JFK situation. Remember how the South leveled its own land to stop the North? That's their tactic NOW. By any means necessary.

The concept of a president pardoning themselves has no legal precedent and would be challenged at every possible level. And even if it somehow went through, if he was being charged for state offenses he would not be able to pardon himself from those. Also it sounds like you are advocating for political violence good sir, I thought MAGA didn't condone political violence

What are they spending it all on?
Not sure of the answer to that but Ireland has made itself a de facto tax haven for companies like Facebook and Apple for fucking decades. I remember being a kid and pulling apart my mac and seeing a "made in ireland" label and was confused as fuck.

It's stupid because they could make tons of money off of those companies, but they don't because they're Irish (I'm not sure what the actual reason is)
