I think he outright lies all the time.
I disagree. His lies usually have a hint of truth, and he prefers to lie by either saying the truth sarcastically, see his whole affair with Lauren Southern in which he would almost daily joke about Lauren being his "nazi queen" and Lauren being his "second wife", he also would joke about flying to be with her when he was genuinely doing exactly that.
He also prefers to simply ignore/omit things, instead of simply denying them.
I think he will only outright lie when joking/being sarcastic or omitting/ignoring didn't work.
I actually think he started going more super hard on the anti tranny stuff back in 2022 as soon as he stopped fucking the fat merrick only fans girl thats a super hard leftist. Has anyone looked into the timing of them fucking?
@StrangerMe Need u on this one brother
The Merrick hookup was pre-Lauren Southern era if I'm not mistaken, but the bridge got burned around the time that he started to have his affair with Lauren Southern.
I really only started screenshotting/logging his behaviour when I realized he was going to cheat with Lauren, which was around when they played their awkward League game on stream.
So I don't really have anything saved about Merrick. I did keep an eye on his following back then tho, and he unfollowed/refollowed Merrick a few times if I'm not mistaken, supposedly they used to fight/reconcile a lot right even before anything happened on stream? I'm not making that up?
I think Destiny's anti-troon arc is pretty much just entirely fueled by spite, from getting banned from twitch as he blamed Keffals for it, because he had to fill a new niche as Hasan had taken the extreme lefty market, and because he moderated a lot of his views because of Lauren.
After the Hasan bridge burned he very slowly started to trying to attract more right wing fans, so he moderated his views on a lot of stuff, that's when right wingers started first interacting with him and he caught Lauren Southern's attention.
When he started to interact with Lauren, but especially when they were already friends/sexting (which started sometime between July/Sept/Oct 2021 to Dec 2021), he started to moderate his views even more, part of it to appease Lauren, but also to defend her.
Lauren used to get into twitter fights a lot, sometimes Destiny went and argued against her, but he also used to defend her and signal boost her tweets by retweeting them (even when they were opinions he didn't agree with). When someone like Vaush and his community would go after Lauren Destiny would go to her rescue, which is when Vaush (king chaser) and his troons started to despise Destiny even more.
These interactions of Lauren/Destiny/Vaush/Twitter troons, is what eventually lead to Destiny giving his anti diy takes, and which eventually lead him to slightly interacting with Keffals, then that whole shitshow happened as Keffals was popular due to his twitter ratios and Destiny got banned.
So kinda everything that Lauren had been saying to him, about how unhinged troons are, got justified in his mind and after that his anti troons takes stopped being partially performative and started being almost entirely motivated by spite.
In short, I think his anti-troon arc started as a response of having to gain a new right wing market, his interactions with Lauren Southern, likely his bad interactions to many leftist streamers (like Merrick), and his eventual Twitch ban.
I think Lauren kinda woke up something in him that makes him chase women with right wing opinions. That's why immediately after the rejection he started chasing Lav, after that was Farha (she had some more "moderate" views on sexual relationships) and DeLaguna, currently, if I had to guess who fills up his right wing/schizo sexting quota is probably a mix of his gf and Empathchan.

Tiny claims Pxie's team lied on the complaint, the case is going to be dismissed in summary judgment, and all they're doing is wasting his time.

I do find his confidence on it getting dismissed interesting, it's likely mostly fake confidence, but again, I don't really know anything about law or US law.
Would like to hear any opinions of any lawyers about it tho, if he's right that it could get dismissed.
I mean, even if Pxie's suit fails, isn't there still Stasia's? lol
Him continuing to ignore Stasia's (I don't even know if he has mentioned even once that she's planning to sue him) just makes me think that it's all fake bravado tho, both to ruin the girl's morale, the thread's, and to increase his community's.
It's like him continuing to ignore tha Chaeiry allegations when they first happened, to me it seems at the start like even tho he wasn't saying it outright he was sort of implying that there wasn't even a tape (his fans were arguing that for him), then it progressed to Chaeiry didn't file any report along with "she's crazy", now it seems like it's morphing (due to what I can see in Pxie's) into "they consented back then, they just don't remember anymore".
It's pretty much just his modus operandi of: ignore, dismiss, gaslight, crazymake, and when the well is poisoned enough that's when you deny.
Again, I've said it a million times before, but I genuinely dont' see him "winning" a trial in front of a jury (don't care how good his lawyers are), not with his amount of baggage, not with all the evidence, and not with his pattern of behaviour.
Will he manage to reduce losses as much as possible? probably, but I have never really cared about the money aspect of it, even if the amount that Destiny would have to pay Pxie would be insignificant that could still be weaponized against him until the end of time forever, permanently engraved in his favorite site: Wikipedia.
I think, him continuously denying that he was getting sued, him confidently saying at the start that it was going to be resolved in a week (implying he was going to settle with Pxie), and currently him saying that it's going to get dismissed, it's all because that's what he's hoping for. The pattern is he doesn't want this to actually get into court, infront of a jury, which is why I think that's what Pxie and all the girls should be putting all their energy into. (Seems pointless for me to even say, but I genuinely don't think they are doing enough)
Again, if this actually gets dismissed, or Pxie is completely unable to secure more money for the case, and the other girls don't end up going after him because of low morale or some other bullshit, I genuinely will think that it's simply that the girls never really cared enough.
Niggas, where there's a will there's a way. There's a million different ways that you can get the funds for the case, and Pxie personally has so many options that she could try (but it doesn't seem like she's even trying).
