The DSP subforum used to be "the place" where many detractors would congregate and some penultimate events/dramas unfolded but really isn't that place anymore. Most of them exist on Twitter or other places. I know there was a culling of some users here a while back, but it really isn't even just that that caused it.

It's simply that DSP is so prolific at output and making videos about him on YouTube almost guarantees thousands of views (unless you're really shit at it) so people monetize it and they have their own fans that just watch those videos and don't read here whatsoever. The same goes for Twitter (albeit there isn't monetization presumably because it doesn't generate enough views), the Twitter accounts that follow DSP shit watch his streams directly or re-report stuff from orbiters and therefore tons of people who get MATI at DSP don't ever visit KF at all. There was even a subreddit for a while but I believe KGhaleon or someone kept DMCAing it for copyright abuse and it kept getting taken down.

There's tons of shit that happens that doesn't even get covered in the megathread.

Also zoomers don't understand how to navigate forums.

Outside of a few specific instances (like PigPigGo) there really aren't many tools that help coordinate information flow and DSP's output is so prolific and so full of lies that no one is on the same page. This was the closest thing to a more organized system but nowadays most shit just happens in the megathread which is extremely difficult to navigate.

TLDR he "prestreams" for 2 hours a day and says a bunch of shit and there's an entire disorganized network of people that get MATI about him. DSP admitted to reading here in the DM leaks which pretty much confirms what people suspected all along, and outside of a few isolated events I am guessing he mostly takes issue with the DSP subforum because people write mean things about him lying. The DM logs are filled with him constantly trying to get one over on "detractors" instead of taking any feedback he gets and trying to improve himself.

He has waged a pointless and sad one-man holy crusade against the detractors that have decentralized heavily over time - before the DSP subforum there was the SoK and other shit, there has always been Snort Burnell and others - the common theme in all of this isn't that the DSP subforum exists it is that he seems to take pleasure in deliberately saying shit and acting in a way that pisses off people so all he has done with his "detractor war" is attract more and more hate watchers over the years. The DSP subforum existing or not existing wouldn't matter, although I strongly argue that the existance of this subforum actually increased his income substantially since his troll tippers love to watch people getting MATI about it on here.

It is true that DSP is extremely high-anxiety and stressed out about everything all the fucking time ("the sky is falling every fucking day!")

But let's put things another way, there are tons of jokes about women not coming with an instruction manual but DSP can't even figure out basic instructions in children's video games (he even closes the instruction dialogues and skips tutorials). So its very unsurprising he can't understand Khet or read her emotions whatsoever.

It tracks, because everyone claimed and continues to claim that DSP took advantage of her, but Subaruman (her ex) said she would get pissed off over trivial shit.

I mean look at DSP's character in general and you still have people claiming that he manipulated and took advantage of Pandalee. I don't believe that for a second, she manipulated the fuck out of him and got him to ban half of his chat, move across the country, buy stupid expensive furniture etc.

DSP is a total pushover and desperate for friendship and desperate to have a relationship and even outside of wanting that stuff to "own the detractors" PPP proved 100% that he will do anything for other people's approval.

To be fair the whole DM leak mostly depicts a sad picture of Phil, he's living in a hell of his own making and doesn't even seem to notice it outside complaining about things he did to himself.

Multiple times PPP tries to open his eyes on the schedule autism and how Phil should focus on something he enjoys doing only to be met with a prestream but in written form.

I will note that perhaps the most illuminating part of the leaks for me, assuming that they be taken at face value, is they seem to paint a picture of Phil and Kat's marriage that is a lot less "loveless roomates"/"marriage of convenience" than most people around here had assumed or hoped. Which is good for Phil because -- as Cyber Bowling notes above -- if these DMs are anything to go by, Phil's going to be unable to hold down a relationship with anyone else.

This DM chain is very enlightening because it gives us new details about Phil and Khet's marriage. If I had to guess, the majority of detractors believed that Phil and Khet are married but they only did it for superficial reasons and are basically roommates. This quashes that theory that they are just roommates because they fight about Phil's kwality khantent and how it impacted them, Other DMs revealed that DSP had to do the interview with Null when she was out of the house because she did not agree with him being on the same stream with Null.

They are in one of the most awkward (and sexless) marriages out there.
