If I was to DM someone with "my wife is very sick not cancer tho" "ok thankfully its not cancer but she is very sick" "she is very sick and we have been worried about cancer" "she is extremely high risk for getting cancer and cant process stuff and has fluxuating weight and other signs of cancer including thyroid and ovarian issues" people are going to think she has cancer or worse.
