Section 230 means that he wouldn't be a party to the lawsuit as a defendant. He's not responsible for the speech of the users on his service. He can still be subpoena'd for their identifying information though. He would have an opportunity to push back on the subpoenas for various reasons, such as if they're overbroad or something like that.

Legalfarmers, if they somehow get this through the "throw out" stage of the process, will they have subpoena power towards xitter (of the users real names)?

Im pretty sure this has been done in the past with google email addresses, but not sure with social media.
