💰 Grifter "Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

Jersh sounded so happy and positive today. Manic four hour Slobbermutt streams are the best streams.

My tardhandler tells me that "Every time a Slobbermutt smiles, somewhere a vexatious lawsuit gets unfiled."
This is great to hear. I love a happy Josh. I can't wait to listen to it on Monday. Or maybe before while doing house work.

:null:

I just want to know if their name is a reference to Rule 34. It would complete the tranime Weeb trying to get Jersh to watch their fetish hat trick.
Probably, Ask him via super chat next stream lmao

Kidd bandit has been dropped by some wrestling event for “unspecified reasons”.

"What do you want your wife to call you"?

Scoundrels, Fiends: "Master"
Highborns, Gentlemen: "Sneed"

I didn’t get to listen to it live, but today was hands down the funniest Reddit segment ever. I don’t play Genshin Impact, but part of me wants to sign up just to see how expensive it would be to get that character, then email the receipts to Null along with a superchat matching whatever the cost ends up being.

But I also don’t wanna go broke on some anime game I’ll never play.

This is pretty funny and just one of those absurd internet things that has to be seen to be believed - it is also a very notable action when it comes to internet censorship. Effectively the US government is setting the precedent that it cannot sanction a piece of software code (the roots of this argument go back many years to the "encryption wars":
Tornado Cash was a cryptocurrency "mixer" which enabled people to launder cryptocurrency - North Korea used this service heavily and as such it was added to the US government's sanctions list in a highly contentious action (it is neither a country, nor a person, but a piece of software that exists only on the internet)
Today the US government announced that it has lifted the sanctions - this is an extremely significant moment as it means the US government cannot sanction a piece of software/code.

People have been celebrating this, and someone decided to create a new website for it, this time with a highly creative and 100% secure CAPTCHA/verification process to ensure that North Koreans stop using it - the user must draw a funny mustache on Kim Jong Un and fill in a text field saying something mean about him and also check a box agreeing to a statement that Kim Jong Un is retarded.

Some additional context:
btw there is no joke a way that people try to weed out north korean hackers (or even legit) people from working with their tech projects (and this isn't even a joke, I've seen it mentioned hundreds of times and proven to work). You literally just ask them to type "fuck Kim Jong Un" and they usually delete the entire conversation and leave immediately:

Maybe also interesting to cover that the North Korean hackers/money launderers have gooning sessions while laundering money for NK: https://kiwifarms.st/threads/north-...gooning-while-laundering-stolen-money.213266/

I don't play Genshin, but generally any mobile hero collector allows you to get any character for free if you do enough dailies or special events, even if it's a lottery-specific character. If the game does licensed IP or crossovers, they'll sometimes be cash only, but a much cheaper, more direct amount. Six hundo on random pulls is absolute retard behavior.

On the other hand, counting the hours required to actually get it "free" in terms of minimum wage or Uber rates might be funny.

So I am still catching up now, was doing work around the house and couldn't watch, but the texas bill, I believe, states the image has to be indescernable from real life. So basically AI images of child sexual abuse material and not drawings unless they are photo realistic.

And there was more than Dr. Pizza who got caught. I dunno how I got into it, but on twitter I was just adjacent to the lolicons somehow. Dunno why, I never tried to look into it, but every now and again I would see a guy who was going after lolicons a little too hard and ended up getting caught having actual CSAM.

Wether or not the people in charge of Texas will look at anime and see “identifiable children” or not is anyone’s guess.

Anyone who makes their entire personality based around being staunchly against something like that, I have huge suspicion for.
(I find Dr. Pizza’s tale to be hilarious because he was also one of the biggest anti-Pizzagate posters on the Internet, which adds to the irony).

The things pick-up-artists teach men are deliberately engineered to keep you sexless and single because otherwise you would stop watching them. Andrew Tate doesn't want you to ever have a girlfriend.
Years ago, I noticed this about men's magazines because I would have been repulsed by the tactics they promoted to their target demo. It stands to reason that were a male to look at corresponding advice given to female readers, it might be equally repulsive/single-keeping. It makes sense to assume that all paid advice is highly suspect, but this really sucks from a consumer standpoint, since with everything free, you are the product. I'm even more certain that my standard advice of "have old church ladies fix you up" is more reasonable.

@Null Did you watch the Del Toro remake of 'Nightmare Alley', from a few years ago? That version is decent, especially compared to 2020's dogshit. But the 1947 original is 50,000x better; the remake is a pale imitation.

But if you liked Nightmare Alley, you may also enjoy

-Night of the Hunter (1955)
-Mildred Pierce (1945)
-Raw Deal (1948 )
-The Face Behind the Mask (1941)
-The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (1948 )
-Ace In the Hole (1951)
-The Petrified Forest (1936)
-The Killing (1956)

Personally I still had to F5 on Rumble to get the stream to start, so I just play the MATI prestream song myself out of autism tradition.

Really great stream, easily best so far in 2025 very high energy and fun! Hope the payment processor mess is finally resolved soon!

"Well you see, they're doing Asian racemixing propaganda because Asians still have this really strong in-preference."

Who's gonna tell Null? Asian girls will date comparatively retarded white guys and Asian men who have any clout at all try to get white girls.
