It's not like the whole "tranny menace" thing was 20 years ago and people have forgotten all about it.

"Compromise" and "being nice" was exactly what released this menace on society and there's no fucking way that the sane majority are going to stand for it being inflicted on them before they've even cleaned up the mess from the last pollution.

It is an easy way for John to lie with his made up stories becoming hard to falsify, although not impossible. The low reported figures he pays himself on his FEC filings prove he does not "back channel" nearly as much as he claims to. Otherwise, he would have more billables for "stragtegic consulting."

I was going to check to see if John was lying, but unfortunately I am now unable to due to Socialblade removing Twitter stats from their site (short version: Twitter was going to force them to swap to an enterprise plan and charge them tens of thousands of dollars a month for data when they were paying $200/month before). As far as I can tell, there aren't any other sites that provide this sort of data for free anymore, especially not over a long term.

So well played, John, you now have another thing you can make grandiose claims about that people can't easily fact check you on. I mean, it's obvious you're still as addicted as usual, but some people need those tangible numbers.
