With all due respect, Mr. Vance, I'm skeptical of this talking point. Banks sitting on houses as stores of value (Chinese and American alike) seems like a much more plausible cause of the problem, especially since it incentivizes banks to keep the price of housing as high as possible, and housing prices are ridiculous even in places that haven't received many illegal aliens.

I think it’s both. Especially in say Canada, the Yook, and California. That plus local governments wanting high real estate prices and the fact boomers don’t allow started homes to be built

These days I just drink black cherry flavored seltzer. It's like soda just without the sugar.

Yeah I really enjoy the blackberry and black cherry seltzer water, I think it's delicious and so much more refreshing than any soda.
