We'll they're bureaucrats. Whoever's job it is to make that toggle is going to need to defer to 9 layers of authority before doing anything. Then when he necessarily fucks that simple task up he's going to need to file 8 pages of paperwork documenting it before filing a request to fix his mistake before starting the whole process all over.

Estimated expenses: $14,000,000,000.00
What a stupid fucking way to look at it.

Here's an idea, throw the 'crats out a fucking window and have someone who isn't paid by the year go throw the correct levers in the control center.

What the fuck happened to America that this is what constitutes a reasonable argument?

I'm saying Republicans will slit each other's throats to be the guy in charge of the "whitelist".
No need to even mention Democrats, their position is very clear. Drivers' licenses and EBT for illegals, white people can go starve.
And the entire argument presupposes that it'll be too much trouble to be worth actually curtailing the list.
It's procrastination gussied up as a legitimate argument.

That's fucking stupid and you're fucking stupid for saying it.

I think the people objecting to what I said in this thread about this topic don't understand that the bureaucratic class are already up in arms about the minimalist reforms Trump is trying to enact, the last thing we need now is to guarantee that the next moron the democrat party puts forward in 2028 gets tons and tons of guaranteed votes from pissed off poor and almost poor people.

Browser, I already get you don't like me, and honestly, I don't give a shit.

There will be two months of senate hearings on the "White List" being a racist term. And you know it.

Yeah I'd like you if you'd stop being retarded. It's a choice you keep making, not my problem.

Yeah, but as a person who eats at actual legitimate chinese food places, in heavily chinese areas, for nothing but FOBs as customers (there are places on the side streets in flushing, queens that don't even have english menus), I'd go so far to say that the normal Chinese diet isn't something that Americans are gonna go for.

Unless Chicken feet, jellied duck's blood, and crispy jellyfish suddenly become comfort food for some crazy reason.
There are some Chinese foods that are a bit gross, but there are also lots of very tasty things that you just can't get at most American Chinese restaurants.
Pretty much all the street food is excellent and it's various combinations of sweet, salty and greasy. It's stuff even kids would eat without prompting.
It's almost worth living in China just to get decent food.

Not paying for the soda of niggers and white trash is "torturing them" now?
My great grandfather was a Holocaust survivor. He often talked about how the Nazis would deprive them of soda for hours, sometimes even days. It's bone chilling to think that human beings could inflict such wanton cruelty on each other.

"we want to compromise Orthodox Judaism's status as the only form of Judaism recognized in Israel in favor of globohomo Reform Judaism"
now we know why you are never here on saturdays. do you ever feel ashamed mocking muslims for headscarves while hiding your own women's hair?

Also why that surgery on day 8 if you're just going to fuck through a hole in a sheet?
No, this thread is stuck on hot takes about EBT for now. Come back next week.

It literally is this, the past 100 pages has just been this picture ad nauseum

Currently in Orlando for a few days and just saw my first goddamn Cybertruck in the wild. What a fucking hideous blight. It looks like a child built it with a bunch of big ass off brand Legos. Like a video game graphic that failed to render. Just supernaturally FUGLY.
I saw one up close within the last month and it reminded me of the type of vehicle you might see the villain drive in a spy movie. Hideous is a good adjective for it.

You'd think that they would teach basic food budgeting and planning in school.
Unfortunately, Home Ec has been slowly phased out of high schools over the past couple of decades. Between pushing students into STEM and states/school districts adding their own required classes for graduation, it's been de-emphasized and many students wouldn't even be able to squeeze it in as an elective if it was available. It's a shame because my high school had Home Ec classes regarding food/meal planning and adult living skills that would address the whole "Adulting is so hard" mindset that was a catch phrase not too long ago. Instead, we have high school graduates who have very little functional adult skills short of whatever they've picked up at home which likely isn't much.

The IRS might be about to turn over all the data they collected on Illegal Immigrants. Which is significant amounts of data, because we've known where the fucking illegals are for decades thanks to tax documents but have never been allowed to do shit because the Uniparty wants us to normalize the idea of being an economic zone instead of a country.

Sorry, let me correct that.

A federal judge is about to issue a restraining order saying Trump isn't allowed to have the data from the IRS because Illegals had an expectation of privacy when breaking the law
This is a bit peculiar. Generally, tax information can't be released to anyone without explicit consent or a court order. It's why a tax preparer can't disclose information about a return to a third party unless there is a release, power of attorney, or other legal document allowing the disclosure.

I'm not sure how effective it would be to use tax filings as a way to find illegal aliens with pending deportation warrants or notices. The aliens filing and paying their taxes generally have legal status or are in the process of obtaining citizenship. Those here illegally and committing other illegal acts while in the US are either being paid cash under the table or using their crime to support themselves - meaning there likely isn't a paper trail in the form of tax forms and returns that can be followed.

If the administration somehow got access to this tax information, I'm not sure it would have the intended result in speeding up deportations. It would also serve to further reduce the trust honest taxpayers have with the IRS safeguarding their data since the IRS expects tax professionals to jump through all sorts of data protection hoops to keep that same information secure and confidential.

Edit to add: Also keep in mind the IRS knows more about taxpayers than one might realize or like. I know someone whose COVID stimulus check was direct deposited into their checking account even though they've never had refunds direct deposited. The IRS simply took the account information off of their quarterly estimate payment and used that for the direct deposit. Imagine if they {the IRS} disclosed anything or everything they knew to anyone who wanted the data.
Edited for spelling and clarity.

I'm not in favor of pulling the right to the left, I am in favor of going after things in the federal budget that most of the population is opposed to first. I am also in favor of actual pragmatic solutions to problems rather than pie in the sky ideas about how you can just continuously take the panem (Speaking metaphorically here, I realized actual bread isn't going to be restricted ever.) away from the plebs when the circensi are fake, gay and boring now.
