Actual fruit isn't bad. Most fruit juice is just sugar with fruit flavor or juice concentrate + HFCS + water.

I keep a bag of frozen raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries in the freezer most grocery runs. The only issue is they're sometimes quite expensive, but it's either I put fruit in my freezer, or hot pockets, and I love me some berries.
I think the one actual good use of fruit juice is just as flavoring. In my experience, just a splash into a full water cup makes the water taste 90% as flavorful as drinking the fruit juice straight.
