Well, it won't happen anytime soon, it requires filing a little legal paperwork, and that sort of thing always takes a bit of time, but I will give Donny a small hint since I see he's posturing like this is just hot air in his hugbox.
He's an idiot to use a site that is supported by Cloudflare, no proxy in the world is going to help given that.

Well, the "I'm behind seven proxies" crap means nothing when someone has the legal means to have your hosting provider tell you to obey the law or you lose your hosting, and Cloudflare will, if it can be proven that someone is in violation of the law (and Brent can prove this quite easily), hand over a cease and desist to the hosting provider, who will hand it to Donny, and if he thinks he can defy that, he will lose his hosting.
And obscuring your WHOIS data is no protection against this. Also, if Donny tried to be "clever" and use a throwaway email for his little forum registration and he ignores the C&D because he pretends it was never his email address, he gets screwed by default.
Also, I plan to contact a few other people who Mr. Long has done similar nonsense too and inform them of this particular legal remedy, so in case Brent doesn't get to this first, others can safeguard themselves from Mr. Long's illegal activities.
