So if DSP was being honest in the DM leaks, his mother is dying from some serious shit and doesn't have long to live ("less than a year"). He plans to fly to see his mother one last time in "late April" for this reason:

So with all of this on his mind and the trip happening in like 2-3 weeks from now, DSP is currently streaming a terrible AAA game (besides the point) and putting on theatrics about how boring the game is with animated Zs above his head.

So either he completely lied in those DMs or he just doesn't look like he gives a fuck? Like I get people have jobs and death is a part of life and people have to "hide the pain" to some extent and with his job he has to be like a radio station host and still basically put on a "happy face" but I really can't see any change in his demeanor whatsoever.

Did he even show any emotion around the time he was so worried about Khet's health? I mean we know the dates he sent the messages on, I just can't be fucked to go look up his streams from around then. It would be interesting to know, that is for sure.

He claims he lied all the time but in my head, all the tweets are true to the point where he demanded an apology. Anything before that is true in my book.
And the worst thing about what you said... he could do stream games from his parents house too. He can still "work" from the other side of the country.

I don't know if that's the kind of trip I'd really fuck around with the timing of just to own some retards on the internet, but maybe that's just me.

If we learned anything at all from the last 10 months of the retarded DSP show, it should be this: This man will do anything to avoid give his detractors a win. If his mother is truly at deaths door, I wouldn't put it past him at all to risk waiting a bit longer, just so his 5D chess pigsplanation becomes a tiny bit more believable.

Phil has lied about his parents being almost dead for years now to garner sympathy points so it's like a 50/50 chance he was telling the truth. His parents are in their 70's so it's not out of the question but it's also not like Phil really cares outside of what he can get from the situation.

I can't remember the exact lore but I think he had some animosity towards them and was part of the reason he moved so far away. I am guessing the "parents being almost dead" was his mother/father telling him they weren't going to be around forever and they were having health issues to even get him to visit, but then again it is DSP so who the fuck knows.

He only calls them what, like once a week or less? Doesn't seem to have any interest in them or their lives whatsoever, so maybe he really has no emotional attachment to them at all (some people are just like that, maybe he has valid reasons for hating them). I am reading a book right now where someone didn't have any attachment to their birth parents (but it was a lot more complex than this situation).

There are quite a few jobs where you really don't get much bereavement time. I don't know if he could stream from his parents place since he doesn't really have a laptop.
Anyway, it doesn't matter at all since he can set his own schedule and I don't imagine a flight to go see his parents for even a few days like 2 or 3 times over the year would break the piglet bank - I'm going to guess if he just didn't play WWE Champions for 2 nights he could afford tickets.

This was 22-23 February and after that Steve interview where Phil said in these DMs he was worried KC was snaking him, so I would lean towards this being pity lies. Dying parents is a tried and true lie Phil has had in his back pocket for years.

I'm only half joking when I say that too. Because to see DSP explain his thought process in written form, after the fact and not as a livestream/investors meeting that gets rehashed by commenters here and on twitter and edited/analyzed by other people would be a sight to behold.

I think he could actually write something that would be a decent seller because of just how fucking bizarre any book like that would be - no one else can write or explain things from DSP's perspective, only he could actually do that and it would be the only way to understand better how his thought process works.

He was vagueposting a bunch and would seem mildly depressed, and then make a theatrical big deal about how everyone noticed how depressed he is, and how it's affecting his streaming ability.

I doubt his mom is as sick as someone like metokur who had a month to live like a year ago. I bet there's something wrong with her but also that he's seriously milking it way more than anyone should milk their parent's health. Even if he was 100% telling the truth (he wasn't) it's way weird to dump all of that on anyone. He's a faggot.

He bought it knowing exactly what he was getting though. He's only played 15 of these games. Better yet he probably paid $110 for some dumb fucking Gold Fundoshi underwear outfit and an exclusive men's bathhouse mission pack so he ogle more sweaty men. Baby doesn't ever enjoy his new toys anymore but has to consoom them all regardless.

It's not as if he can't just do his jahb from his parents' home.

For Phil exotic means anything that is not a pet or a cat. There's no way he has anything more demanding than a guinea pig and 2 hamsters. Could easily take them by car, put them up for adoption, or just leave Kat behind to take care of the house.

Kat would probably be the happiest she's ever been since they got married if Phil just told her he was going to Connecticut for a few months. She would enjoy that more than a honeymoon trip at this point.

Don't spend the entire stream telling everyone you're bored and the game sucks and you want to sleep. No one finds it entertaining. Even if the game sucks, find a way to make it entertaining.

You seem to forget the famous time someone threw out the hypothetical "hey Phil if some fan gave you X amount of dollars (can't remember the amount I think four grand) for the sole purpose of taking a few days off for a vacation would you do it?" and his answer after acting like a blathering idiot for a minute and getting out of his seat, see you know that one fucked with him and he wanted to bad to ban that person cause he stood up repeating the question over and over, was ummmm no?
