Yeah, that's what I keep telling people that argue about trans shit. "There are only a few transgender athletes in the whole state!" Okay, even if that's true (and even if one assumes that male athletes won't continue to dominate year after year until there's no women left) it doesn't fucking matter. A politician has just told me that a man can transform into a woman via the power of his own inner thoughts. I'm not going to ever trust anything that politician says or does ever again.

It's like if I hired a lawyer for a crucial case and he told me that there's a magical elf that lives in his kitchen and helps him with cooking dinner. "Oh, but he only brings up the magical dinner elf once or twice a month!" I don't care, the guy is clearly fucking crazy and lacks judgement, and I'm not going to risk that lack of judgement affecting the important things he does.

Seriously, none of this trans stuff would matter if hospitals, doctors offices, major medical orgs, etc weren't trying so hard to appeal to 0.003% of the population by adding nonsense to documents. Just today someone shared this in the "Things Troons Have Ruined" thread and I think to myself "Why are we doing this to appeal to an extremely tiny minority?
