No. Take the fucking hint. These characters are supposed to sound like women. A man either sounds like a man or at best a gross approximation of a women. Even most guys who can convince themselves that a man dressed in lingerie is the same thing as a woman would still prefer a woman behind the woman animation. The true chaser faction is too small, even in the anime coomer audience to cater to profitably in phase 1. If the auditions were open to TiMs (which they very well might have been, despite them objectively not being female) they would all get rejected simply because they don't sound good. Same goes for actual women with any number of conditions that make their voices sound bad, but that faction isn't entitled enough to demand a space despite clearly being unsuited for the job.
On Saturday’s stream, “So you wanna be a wh*re ay?” the VAllure team finally addressed whether trans women can apply to the agency. The answer is “yes.” However, there are caveats. Maybe. Once again, communication is not VAllure’s strong suit. Don’t get me wrong, it’s great VAllure does, in fact, allow trans women to work with the team. But even then, its standards are still very strict for trans performers. What does it mean to “sound like a woman”? Is VAllure willing to accept trans women like myself? Even though I have a feminine voice, I’m often clocked as trans during streams and in ASMR comments; would I lack the right credentials to sound “like a woman”?

No, Phil, you do not sound like a woman. That is clearly what they mean. Any man can sound like a trans woman, in fact, excepting men with unique voices, every man already sounds like a trans woman and therefore, by your standards, has a feminine voice.
The second and more baffling controversy is VAllure’s policy on lesbian ASMR, or F4F (female-for-female content). In short, there’s an F4F ban, as the company has a specific “method” focused on appealing to straight men. Everyone know that clause is never enforced and all trans are rejected, there is a reason no corpo has them (except SVA but they are more a group and not a corpo) is just not worth the hassle, no trans will ever be accepted in a corpo, ever, they are a walking PR disaster

Is just a common courtesy to say they are allowed but we know that they get blacklisted instantly

If you're clocked, you do. You voice can be "feminine" but not female. This isn't rocket surgery.

In other words, do they want trans talent, or do they want trans women who sound specifically like cis women? Trans women who pass for cis women and could, if necessary, hide their gender identity? VAllure never clarified these specifics during the stream, essentially putting trans talent right back to square one: How does VAllure really feel about trans women?

Valens basically got a premature rejection from a fetish content creation group they pretty clearly liked/were well familiar with and happened to make slightly similar content to, got rejected for what basically anyone else can tell you is an obvious (and pretty legitimate, if you ask me!) reason, and now gets paid by an anemic culture rag to basically stir up a minor shitstorm because of high-school tier drama.
