Holy shit, I found this looking up info on south American countries seeking asylum,

Is the thread already aware that as of 2022 there is over 700,000 UNDOCUMENTED Indians in the USA, third largest group of undocumented foreign nationals after Mexico and El Salvedor

If the punishment is to be thrown into a foreign prison and forgotten, I would want to make sure they are actually gang members. A person that has only committed the crime of illegal entry should not be sent to a place like that and if they get scooped up in this, that is awful.
If you enter legally you get vetted and it would be found out if you've got a criminal records. If you enter illegally you've given up that choice and you should be put with the worst of the worst until you are properly vetted.

I think we need to change the penalty of entering illegally and birth tourism to be one of the most severely punished crimes possible. This faggoty notion that it's "only illegal entry" is retarded and needs to stop and people that push it should be exiled from the country for a year as punishment

Plus we gotta bump that number up like 200-300% since they've insisted total illegal numbers have just been constant for like three decades, which is clearly false as millions more come every year.

Or it used to. A guy jumping the border to be a low-wage contractor off the books is not the same as a guy jumping the border to sell drugs and commit reprisals for the boss back home.
People have literally begged for this process (enforcement of border laws) to be done with care and precision for decades and it's never happened.

Exactly. The time for precision has passed, the cancer must be treated with aggressive means like amputation. If people actually cared about the 'uwu he's just an economic illegal here to grift off the infrastructure built by Americans' bullshit (still needs deporting) then they wouldn't have deliberately made the problem so terrible and messy. They did, though, deliberately, for the express purpose of making it so big and so messy that nobody would ever try to solve the problem. Now that the only effective solution is to just throw everybody out at once, they want to complain about poor lil Pedro.

Well fuck that dude, and fuck the people that help him. Everyone that helps an illegal enter the country, steal benefits, have jobs, etc, should be deported with them. If they love third worlders so much they can go live with them.

I couldn't get a photo, I just drove by a billboard in town. It said

THE LEAFS ARE PAYING FOR BILLBOARD PROPAGANDA. I want to get a photo but it's on a highway that's unlikely for me to be able to. I will edit it into this post if I do. I'll try.
So they can't afford to protect their own borders but they can afford milk in bags and gay billboard ads. What's going on, Canada?!

Trump should unveil a US flag redesign with only 49 stars. Let it hang for a weekend or two with no comment then announce some sort of us-only olympic battle royale competition to see who's getting eliminated. I voted for a reality tv star damn it.
What happens to the losers? Annexed by Mexico?

Krylenko wanted the state to be able to punish you if they thought you did something they didn't like regardless of wether it was illegal or not. The illegal immigrants you are simping so hard for are criminals and have committed a crime by illegally entering the United States. It stands to reason then that the United States is within its right to legally detain and deport them. I don't see how this situation or thread is anything like some Soviet commissar.
The reference is to say that a lot of people here are happy to take the executive branch at their word that these people have all been carefully vetted before being black bagged (!!), but seeing as we already have a system in place via the judiciary to accomplish this, we should use that system to make absolutely sure each and every person is in fact who and what the executive branch claims they are.

A check and a balance to prevent undermining one's own goals and ending up in the dock yourself.

Someone had mentioned this as being a warning to others. That is a fair point. The intimidation factor is powerful. But so is the executive branch to bring about a rapid response to a given situation. I see no reason why the gang members and otherwise could not have been detained here and quickly examined by the judiciary to make sure the executive got it right. By now the process could have concluded and the deportations executed.

Getting this wrong even once wreak havoc on the very objective of getting illegals and specifically illegal gangbangers out of the country. And nobody should trust the executive branch at your word when its immense power moves at the result of the next election.

And again, I do find it troublesome that principles get taken advantage of by bad actors. But you cannot allow the executive branch to simply say they did the work and call it a day. Trust but verify is extremely applicable here.

People have literally begged for this process (enforcement of border laws) to be done with care and precision for decades and it's never happened. This immigration problem was like a wound that was allowed to fester, when the wound was fresh the population asked for a bandaid and the government ignored it.

So again some history of this.

The southern boarder had mexicans on it, and there were/are mexician communities that date back to before those states were part of the union. When those states joined the union they inherited, those communites and the people on the boarder traveled back and fourth.

This breaking of the law was the statue quo, people liked the cheap labor and the mexicans like the denro, alot would work send money home and travel back and fourth.

Regan fucked things up by trying to fix the problem my legitimizing the status quo, with his amnesty which basically set the president that get here and hang on long enough you too my get made legal.

Also the failed to fix the issue.

California tried in the 1990s with prop 184 and bill clinton asked the state to let the fed handle immigration issues because they are federal power and not state powers.

But back to the border.

When regan pulled that shit it enlarge the "mexican american" along the boarder so now there are ready made place mexican can hop into.

But the people crossing the boarder are from central and south america or even fucking china, this degrades the boarder hoppers quality of life.

How menacing.
I am assuming this is a related to the tariffs that are being put on Canada. It that is the case, then why are you putting tariffs on American products, canucks?!

You know how when you go to the store to buy your cavity-creating fat guy drink, there are these bottles of clear liquid in the very same aisle? Those are actually for drinking, too.
Ironically at my local grocery store, all the water is in a different aisle from the soda

When the punishment is being flown off to a black hole to never be heard from again, yes we should be sure that we are sending the right people.

Intent matters. Or it used to. A guy jumping the border to be a low-wage contractor off the books is not the same as a guy jumping the border to sell drugs and commit reprisals for the boss back home.

Both should be removed from the country, but only one should be sent to what is effectively a black site.
Intent doesn’t matter, and I honestly think they’re being too lenient. If it were up to me, every illegal would be executed in the spot with no mercy. They don’t belong here and the fact they are here shows they have no respect for our laws, our culture, or our people

I wonder where they're all congregating, since I never see poos in the wild. Only occasionally at a shit ghetto gas station behind the counter.
