Mr.Birchum was an old character Adam Carolla Created in the mid 1990’s when he was on K-Roq radio with Jimmy “the sports guy” Kimmel. This was a weird attempt to bring the character back as a cartoon. A cartoon quite literally nobody wanted to watch because like all of the daily wire’s original content, it has no audience outside of the “you have to watch it to own the libs” crowd.
