If you're too stupid to pass this test then you're too stupid to make an informed voting decision. Literally the entire reason we are on the verge of collapse is because Democrats have basically turned their cities into vote farms where single issue voters become mindless livestock who continue voting for them despite their lives continually getting worse.
What would the actual effect of a poll test returning be? I've yet to hear a non "our-democracy"tarded reason for not restricting the franchise.

Gonna be honest, never cared for Bioshock’s themes. It’s clearly a leftoid slant especially the 3rd game.
But look at both Rapture and Columbia…One is an over exaggeration of Libertarianism
I have mixed feelings on its portrayal. On the one hand it got me interested in Ayn Rand and read her work, I don't really agree with her on some things but I found her point of view interesting given her past and how she escaped from Soviet Russia. "The smallest minority on earth is the individual" is a (paraphrased) quote from her I think about a lot.

On the other hand, Ken Levine made a big show bragging about how he read Rand in college when doing press for the first Bioshock and it was the inspiration for Rapture and Andrew Ryan but it's such a bad faith strawman of Rand and her views. She was an uber-capitalist but Ryan runs Rapture like a dictatorship that doesn't actually have a free market, he embodies that smug strawman of "capitalist mercenary police running things because there is no state!" It's not really congruent with her views, particularly if you read We The Living, a semi-autobiographical novel about her time living under the Soviet regime. (We The Living is my favorite thing she's written, particularly because it's not 800 pages long like her more well known novels.) So he fundamentally misunderstands her because he's a neurotic liberal Jew upset that this libertarian Jewess doesn't think that a state with unlimited power to control the goyim is heccin awesome.

Wait, so do some libs actually think an advanced Libertarian society would eventually collapse due to super meth (what ADAM addiction clearly alluded to) use?

Like, of all the flaws in Libertarianism, you'd think legal drug use would be the ones libs are cool with? 🤔 They already don't care about homeless drug addicts running rampant like ADAM abusers in liberal cities.
Because there's no nanny state to interfere with people and their lives. Free drug usage is okay as long as there's a state to enable drug users and give them free drugs and force normal people to cohabit with degenerate drug users. That's a big thing too, libs love using the state to force normal people to do degenerate things or be exposed to degeneracy, that's most of the fun for them. That's also why Levine (and other neurotic libs) misunderstand Rand and view Andrew Ryan as an accurate portrayal, because he has a secret capitalist police to force other people to engage in his ADAM business, because they can't imagine a world where people just prefer to keep to themselves and not meddle in other people's lives.
I'm still pissed that it tainted the 'Shock' dynasty of games, since I loved the original System Shocks a lot. While Bioshock 1/2 were pretty decent spiritual successors, Infinite pretty much killed the entire branding. Which pisses me off, because not long after we had a much more faithful 'successor' to Shock/SHODAN in Prey(20127). Which, in a world where Infinite didn't exist and Prey was renamed NeuroShock or something, would be hailed as the brilliant immersive sim that it is.
Wasn't NightDive supposed to be working on a new System Shock game? 2K has some Indians working on a new Bioshock too but that's just AAAslop so who cares.

The shooter in every mass shooting in my memory was tracked down very quickly from the serial numbers on their gun. Just from the past year the Trump assassin and the troon school shooter both had feds at their parent's houses or whatever in like an hour. ATF can tell the original purchaser instantly.
That's weird, seeing how background check info isn't meant to be a searchable database and is supposed to be deleted after a set period of time..

Next thing you know they're going to be using social security numbers as a means of identification, despite the card itself saying that it isn't one.

Didn't the Trump assassin use a juryrigged gun?

Dad worked, mom stayed at home. Both are still in a happy marriage. Might explain a lot.
I rest my case.
The Signal thing. I think Tulsi is the one who added that Goldberg guy to their chat.
As has been said. It was an Asian guy who’s wife has ties to Obama and is a lawyer who prosecuted J6ers.
Hold up wait a minute.. my dad's a boomer, mom's gen x. that does explain a lot
Again, I rest my case. I’m an early Gen Z/Late Millennial with a Boomer Father. It definitely helps.

Like I said, leftoids that don’t know anything about Libertarianism or Conservatism.

Hey, I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Using a new account since my main one for KF I'd prefer to keep WELL away from his work but. Well, On Sunday my dad @Gehenna passed away. He had been having heart issues for a while and he took a bad turn over the weekend. he had, rather playfully, mentioned the "Nutters and secret geniuses" in the thread and had fondly mentioned a few of you guys by username. So I thought to tell you all who held a special place in his jaded heart.
The man had some of the best posts on the USPG threads and I won't forget how he gave us access to the news "on the inside" in a way which you wouldn't get elsewhere. Irreplaceable. Rest in peace, old man, and my condolences to you and your family. May God bless you all.

I hate, loathe to be 'that guy' but what's the proof and accompanying source for that?

I cannot stress enough I fucking hate to ask.
It's been two months. Where the fuck is my fourth Reich.
Where the fuck are the Epstein files???

I'd have to read the order but I'm pretty sure that federally you can't dictate the laws a state has regarding their elections. It's got its pros and cons, can't require voter id but can't ban it either.
I think his argument is that it is the law that only citizens can vote, so he can enforce that by making it so proof of citizenship is required to register to vote.

The problem is that it’s going to be difficult to find a DC lawyer not connected to at least one “bad thing”. This woman was an AUSA prosecutor in DC, and probably all AUSAs in the criminal division in DC had something to do with a J6 prosecution. There were hundreds and hundreds of prosecutions. Covington is a huge DC firm and it’s not clear what she did for them and when. Did she work on sports team mergers for one summer while in law school? Or did she do bankruptcy appeals? Who knows. And working for Sotomayor just means she went to Yale. Law clerks write what they’re told to write, even if they disagree.

If your principle is to stay away from anyone connected to anything that has ever been anti-Trump or anti-MAGA, that’s fine. But that removes almost every lawyer in DC, even if they were truly just a neutral worker doing their job. This type of “expose” just hyperbolizes the reality of the DC legal world for people who don’t know how that market or how US Attorneys’ Offices work.
We don't need DC lawyers for anything. There are plenty of other, non-corrupt lawyers available from elsewhere in the country. They're also better lawyers because they have to make quality legal arguments to win cases instead of relying on their friendship with the judge.

We don't need people who think musicals are laws.

I want to truly drain the swamp. Zero swamp creatures left.

Shooter 1 just had his dad's AR15. It was set up kinda funky (optic was really far forward but still usable) but not anything you wouldn't be able to recreate with a trip to any gun store in the US

Would-Be-Shooter 2's gun was janky, a Norenco Sporter SKS with a scope attached via electrical tape. It might have had the serials filed, I don't remember. Aside from the taped-on scope it was another 'just a gun' though. SKSs are a bit harder to find these days, especially if you want that specific model, but there's literally millions of them that were put on the US market and if you know an old guy with even a passing interest in guns he probably has at least one in the closet just to shoot the dirt cheap 7.62x39 ammo that used to be available. They were available for under $100 for a very long time

Genuinely sad to hear this. I always read Gehenna's posts in full and appreciated the info and insight he shared.
Impossible to tell through the screen of the farms but he seemed like a good dude.
My condolences to you and your family if this is true, and I hope you're able to be there for each other. Losing a dad is hard.
