If you're going to do shit like this, don't trespass. Entering a place of business without intending to do business and without some other legitimate purpose is trespassing. If you want to protest a business find the closest public and visible location, like on the sidewalk next to their sign, with a clear, legible sign in letters that can be read by people driving by (not schizobabble in Sharpie).

Some places just remaining stationary is loitering, so if that's the case, keep moving back and forth.

They can't get rid of you, and if they try, you can probably sue the fuck out of them and then keep doing it.

It's not.
Businesses routinely ask people to leave for those reasons, but it's not tresspasing to be in a place of business, open to the public, without an intent to do business there.
Tresspassing is literally just being somewhere you're actively prohibited from being (No Tresspassing) or refusing to leave when requested.
Most cases Police just show up and tell you to get off the property because it's a waste of time to do anything else, like when you see some Keisha arguing with a Walmart cashier.
My guess is Alex got arrested because he's a big ass dude throwing a fit arguing with a tiny white woman.
