This is quick explanation how literacy rate statistics are collected in the Netherlands (I was curious too):

So the Netherlands works with the The Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC) to organise these literacy tests with universities and government institutions. In the Dutch PIAAC report it states that CBS (Central Statistical Office) does the sampling (source). How does CBS organise these samplings? CBS simply make a mathematical number and then decides the sub-groups and then decides how many people are needed for each sub-group for an accurate rapport, they then times it by that entire sub-group population (1 test taker represents 1000 per example).

The juicy part, CBS does the sampling by simply seeking volunteers online who then do tests at a location with a tablet. If they don't have enough of a certain sub-group they simply compensate it by increasing how much 1 person represents (instead of 1/1000 it becomes 1/2000). For 2022-2023 they only tested 4257 people (1 person represents 4200 people) between the ages of 16-75 and as a results 16% of those test takers were considered illiterate. The results which they consider has a 95% confidence interval (source).

tl;dr These tests are taken by volunteers who then represent 4357 people each (in the Netherlands). These volunteers of course are people who unironicly waste an entire evening for a test without compensation, meaning Abdul won't even bother doing it (because he can't even read the volunteer notice). So these test seem legit at first glance with all these mathematical theorems about sampling and massive 200 page rapports but they are practically reliant on people volunteering for it, which thus makes it irrelevant due to volunteer bias.

Conclusion: European (PIAAC) literacy rates are fake and gay.

Rape nearly fucking DOUBLED in 2022. Dropped a lot in 2023, but is still at extremely high levels.
Aggravated assault up massively, then dropped a decent amount.
Simple assault up massively and did not drop in 2023.
Domestic violence went up by 27%, and then dropped by down in 2023.
Stranger violence though, up 33% and held pretty consistent. Wonder who those "strangers" are?

Eilat is on the southern coast of Israel, on the Red Sea. Some people aren't aware that Israel has a non-Mediterranean coastline. Eilat normally allows Israel to receive cargo without it having to go through the Suez Canal. They want proof of identity, proof of SSN, and 2 pieces of proof of legal residence. I just got mine, I brought in my lease agreement and a printout of my latest cell phone bill. It's really not that hard.

They dont need utility bills also there are people that dont have utility bills in their name. again I've had a passport since I was 18 years old and when I reniewed my passport I paid for the travel card. Those prove I m a US citizen. Also when I was sixteen I went to the DMV with my birth certificate and SSN etc.
