Dear God, this is peak Tranny when it comes to why they transition. It has nothing to do with being a woman or even knowing what that is or means it's all about his cooming. I don't blame him for wanting to change his looks if he looks like his dad whom he hates. I think doctors stop assigning sex at birth and then it wouldn't be possible for anyone to be cis or trans we'd just be whatever we wanted to be. They don't check our chromosomes after all so they could get the sex wrong, they might as well not do it.

Yes, mr. troon, no one would ever be able to tell if you are trans or not if the doctor wouldn't say "it's a boy!" or "it's a girl!". Indeed, it is known that before modern medicine people had no idea what the baby's sex is, that's why they sold/married 4 years old girls to some man or why they quietly murdered baby girls in some villages in China. Because it was a 50-50 chance. There is just no way to know. Even after you went through puberty. No way to know.
