Brianna Wu / John Walker Flynt - "Biggest Victim of Gamergate," Failed Game Developer, Failed Congressional Candidate

I keep reading about how people think it's a good idea to discuss the militarization of space because of John here. Do none of these people realize that if we break those treaties it's on? As in, there may not be a tomorrow kind of on?

True, but astute statesman John Flynt has noted that SpaceX/"Wall Street"/Walmart never signed the treaty! They'll go up there and those rich executives will start hitting golf balls at Earth for fun, and there won't be anything anybody can do about it.

So has Brianna Wu made any attempts to actually interact with ANYBODY in community that she's running for? The interviews she's had so far either take place at her home, or some studio, they're never at any public events, I don't think she's even spoken to any prospective voters about anything whatsoever.

Despite having only a sixth of the number of Twitter followers as Brianna Wu, you see Steven Lynch's Twitter has photos of him meeting with local community members all the time, like firefighters, policemen, church groups, teachers etc. Now look at all of Brianna's Twitter photos, they're just either photos of her dog or whatever new toy she has bought like video games, electronics, Lego sets, custom car parts, Pokemon plushies or action figures (and this is only looking at her Twitter photos since the beginning of the year) and the only other person in these photos is Frank. I wouldn't be surprised if even most of her neighbors don't know she's running for congress.

His neighbors probably wouldn't care, given they're not in the same district. I don't think John understands a lot of things, including how voting works. Any campaigning he does is solely Twitter based. He doesn't do anything local, and he very rarely even mentions local things. He did in the beginning with the vague "Let's make Mass like Silicon Valley" nonsense, but even that has sputtered off to general election nonsense. The problem is he's trying to cosplay as Hillary so bad, so he's treating it like a larger campaign. And honestly, given his general knowledge base and likely having never voted before, I could see him not realizing that any of the asspats of support he gets on Twitter are from people that can't actually vote for him.

What's hilarious is that he has a sixth of the followers.
....still gets more retweets then Wu does on average.

How does Wu even think these "hearings" are going to work? Does she somehow think she can subpoena tech CEOs to appear? Even if you believe it's going on, there's no actual law prohibiting institutional sexism. Cases would have to be brought by the people actually discriminated against.

Even if by some miracle these hearings actually take place, nobody invited to testify will actually turn up because it's clearly supposed to be a witch hunt. Much easier just to say thanks but no thanks and let them harumph amongst themselves.

Pretty comical blunder in elementary school grammar from someone pontificating on the subject of education.

Grammar aside, "public schools" is such a pabulum answer that it probably applies to any congressional district that has more people than livestock. I really want to see someone hardball this loon: what are the top five issues in MA-8? How do you intend to address them? What differentiates your approach from the incumbent's? And frankly, that's not even "hardball" -- that's the simple basic foundation for a congressional campaign.

On another note, a quick trip to Ballotpedia shows Lynch's campaign raised over $2.5 million for 2014 (he's raised much less in past races, but those tended to be unopposed or noncompetitive). What chance in hell does John have of raising a tenth of that?
